Ho ho ho and welcome to the bargain Christmas thread - home of the discounts for Christmas shopping.

Title is inspired by the turtle doves/gloves and in my head it's set to the 12 days of Christmas. I'm actually tempted for us to think up a new 12 days of Christmas nearer the time with all of our best bargains Grin

If you have a referral link for a website, do post it on this thread

See post 2 for some (hopefully) useful links.

@FunWithFlags81 I personally wouldn't buy those sorts of products for someone unless I knew they used that kind of thing. They're all chemical exfoliants and wouldn't be for everyone. There are lots of other boxes as well though if you click on the link to for the 3 for 2 offer.

cooolio · 09/10/2022 13:33

For £6.29 per box it's a decent gift I think. I'd be happy to get that in a secret Santa

Skincare bargain alert!

Superdrug have the Nadine Baggott Winter Skincare Edit for £10 - contents are worth about £50 I think? They sold last winter for £30. But they’re also on 3 for 2, so three boxes for £20. Free click and collect or free postage for club members (membership is free).

Contents - 5 full sized products and a pack of reusable cleansing pads. Come boxed so suitable as a gift.

TopCashback gives the best cash back rate.

Thanks. Ordered 3 for click and collect

RJnomore1 · 09/10/2022 13:55

The cleansing pads alone are normally £7.99 (they’re on offer atm). I think it’s great value.

Christmasmcchristmasface · 09/10/2022 13:57

Has anyone in Northern Ireland managed to get the Superdrug offer to work - getting a little frustrated it won’t let me click and collect or select delivery?

Anotherloverholeinyohead · 09/10/2022 14:19

Help needed - son has asked for the Supreme Air Force 1s for Christmas. They are pricey at £199 but he asks for very little at other times so I really want to get them fir him.

Any ideas or codes to get the price down?

Does anyone have a Lakeland discount code please. After 2 years of considering it I'm finally going to order a heated clothes dryer. Spend will be £177 so hoping I can get some money off. Thanks.

If you can get them in JD here's a 10% off code. Or see where offers the best student discount and ask on here. Hopefully no one will nab this code before you though!

@Reastie I don't know if anyone has tagged you yet for a new thread?

Anotherloverholeinyohead · 09/10/2022 14:37

@jocktamsonsbairn sadly not available at jd which is annoying as I have a gift voucher for jd 🙄

Reastie · 09/10/2022 14:37

@Ewock thank you. We're you able to watch Netflix, Disney and you tube on them?
Also do I need my account to sign in so any notifications will come up on their tablet? Just for future ref when buying presents.

Yep they watch all those on their tablets, you just download the apps. It's linked to me but I turned the notifications off on theirs. You can set parental controls as well.

Use ENERGYSAVERS on the Oodie website for £35 off and free delivery.

Thank you so much @RainbowPhilosophy just bought! I'm so grateful to have that crossed off the list, very grateful for the code.

Ea134 · 09/10/2022 15:26

If anyone is crafty then hobbycraft have 3for2 on certain yarns as well as CLUB5 taking £5 off. Just got 9 yarns for £10 but should have been £25. Going to make some little Christmas gifts with them!

Haudyourwheesht · 09/10/2022 15:28

Sainsbury's have 20% off baby and children's clothes atm.

Glad to be able to help - it's so satisfying when you cross something off the list isn't it?! I bought myself one for wfh despite never spending that much on myself usually but I have been absolutely freezing 🥶 the past week or so and I'm trying not to put the heating on... Mine has been dispatched so I'm looking forward to being toasty again soon 😁

@Haudyourwheesht where did you see the 20% of for Sainsbury's baby/children clothes I can't see it on there website? Thank you!

Sallylovesdaisy · 09/10/2022 16:06

Thanks @Irritatedmum just ordered 3, they'll make a lovely extra gift

tellmewhentheLangshiplandscoz · 09/10/2022 16:07

I was a bit disappointed with my Redfoot slippers. I went for the moccasin style and despite measuring my feet according to their size guide and emailing, one is slightly too big and the other slightly too small.

Irritating as I paid postage and now I'll need to stump up for returns.

May instead ask for some from Celtic.& Co for Christmas as whilst they aren't reduced anywhere near as well they last years and are still made in the uk and not china

Haudyourwheesht · 09/10/2022 16:08

@zeerecords It was in store today. No idea how long it's been on for. Massive bonus as the kids both needed winter boots.
