I simply couldn't find anything. He is impossible. :(

StFrancisdeCompostela · 23/12/2021 16:56

Well, if he’s going to live his life being a boring bastard who hates everything, he can’t expect decent christmas presents can he?

SleepingStandingUp · 23/12/2021 17:01
@secretrugbyfan He is 57, has no interests- I have a longer list of what he wouldn't like - experiences, any food or drink gifts, clothes (boring), gaming, tech, books, sports, dining out.
He sounds fun.
Kinky sex toy?

Candy Thong. Who is she ?
I feel like she would be a drag queen. But a really bad one.

GoodnightGrandma · 23/12/2021 17:05

I got mine a jumper. That’s it. I’ve put no thought whatsoever into it.

sociallydistained · 23/12/2021 17:05

Massage not by you lol but a paid one and make up a gift voucher of your own for that. I've done this for dps birthday which is just after Christmas as I had no ideas for that so soon.

Water flossers are a game changer! If he has teeth, a water flosser would be useful!
Another vote for water flosser!

Lynx box set and a selection box Grin

WhereDoesThisToiletGo · 23/12/2021 17:10

My husband is difficult to buy for too. This year is the usual 2 dozen golf balls with his name on them (none of the last lot he lost ever turned up...)

And an air purifier
(I'm secretly hoping this will stop his annoying sneezing)

Lynx box set and a selection box Grin
Gotta be Lynx Africa though, right? The CLASSIC.
FixItUpChappie · 23/12/2021 17:11

I got my hobbieless husband relaxation themed stuff:

-a lightweight robe
-lounge pants
-slippers
-a weighted neck pillow
-one of those eye masks so he can sleep if I'm reading
-some foot soak stuff
-a fancy soap
-new underwear and socks (which is all he probably wants)

VinylCafe · 23/12/2021 17:12

How about

 • Night vision binoculars that do HD video and photos
 • 3D adult puzzles - ROKR has some great ones - robots, telescope, working clocks, movie projector, etc. My DH loves these.
 • a drone - there are a lot of variations and sizes
 • telescope
friedeggandsauce · 23/12/2021 17:12

Newchallenge · 23/12/2021 17:13

SleepingStandingUp · 23/12/2021 17:13

Bollocks...no one is impossible to buy for!

Give us some details about him (age, likes, dislikes, hobbies, interests etc) and you will get a list
Please would you help me as well because I want to get something fabulous for my Dh.
Hes 59, we go hiking but ge has digital mapping subscriptions, all the kit he needs.
We have a house full of alcohol and he hardly drinks.
He owns a clothing store so gets what he needs( and means at retail prices in other shops !🤣🤣
He doesnt like, ir should I say not keen on books.
He has a couple of injuries so pigeon shooting and the like are not feasible.
We eat out in nice restaurants a lot so it wouldnt be a treat for home.
He is frightened of heights.
Please help I'm quite desperate now!

Os Maps puzzle book
HestersSamplerofCarrots · 23/12/2021 17:31

An empty box? Seeing as he apparently likes nothing?

peridito · 23/12/2021 17:37

@thesnailandthewhale

How about on Christmas Day you engineer a chat over dinner about Christmas's gone by ... reminisce about the presents you both had as children and fine out what he really wanted Santa to bring but he never did ... then write this down ready for next year ... a friend was given one of those 2p machines that dispensed dairy milk chocolates last year and it meant the world as her dp had listened and remembered :)
genius strategy !
RoRoYoYo · 23/12/2021 17:39

DD saw this on Etsy and has made one for DH Grin

HerRoyalNotness · 23/12/2021 17:45

Mine also is, whatever we buy him is chucked in the cupboard and never used. So he’s getting a hoodie, whiskey, a mug (which will get chucked in with all the others), bamboo socks (he asked for cotton but hard to find, so trying these out) and some marzipan.

NewbieAlert · 23/12/2021 17:57

Scratch card! He has to share the winnings though.

Rainbows246 · 23/12/2021 17:57

I haven’t this year but I often give experiences. Gig or comedy tickets, weekend away, driving experience that kind of thing. Loads to choose from last minute.
