If you’re posting anything specifically for me please do @ me or I may not spot it. It’s helpful if when sharing bargain info you bold it to make it easy for people to differentiate between chat and bargain links.

ASOS sell The Ordinary and have a couple of sets. There's a 20% discount until 8am tomorrow if you use the app - appydays @Jinglebells21

Puffalicious · 04/11/2021 20:09

spudjulia Thank you so much for this. The pics look great and if the badge and tick are embroidered that's very impressive. I think I'll order ones with no printing so I can return if necessary.

I'm sorry to hear about your dad. He would have bought them those Man U tops right enough: what a lovely thing to do to buy themFlowers

MEGA20 for 20% off cards and paper atm
Jinglebells21 · 04/11/2021 20:11

@Oneborneverydecade perfect, thank you

bookish83 · 04/11/2021 20:12

@Waveafterwaveslowlydrifting

Leaflanestudio is a lovely independent seller. I've bought from her a few times. She wraps the items so nicely! Really recommend the notepads etc x

Getoutofbed25 · 04/11/2021 20:16

Just want to say a huge thank you to @Daisy829 for sending me the Aldi Squishmallows, they arrived and are going to be loved this Christmas!

Also dryrobe for DH- any discounts? Or other good alternatives?

Speedtrack also looks amazing for 6yo!!

Daisy829 · 04/11/2021 20:17

No probs @Getoutofbed25. Have a great Christmas xx

Getoutofbed25 · 04/11/2021 20:28

@DockOTheBay do you have a squishmallow to sell/pass on? I’d be interested if you do x

DockOTheBay · 04/11/2021 20:31
@RicherThanYew thanks!

@DockOTheBay sorry I don't know why my PMs aren't working. No I don't need it , I had already bid on the eBay one and got that one for a not too bad price in the end. Sorry to mess you around and apologies for the pm hassle.
No problem, glad you managed to find one :)

DockOTheBay · 04/11/2021 20:32

@Getoutofbed25 when I checked yesterday, my local aldi had all the squishmallows in stock so if you're looking for a specific one I can try and get it for you

Beakerandbungle · 04/11/2021 20:33

Could anyone give me an idea of how big the sizing is on footballsbest4u? My DS is still a small in the official Nike kits - which I’m guessing looks like an 8-9 on the site?

RainbowPhilosophy · 04/11/2021 20:34

Half price lego helicopter set on Amazon for £12.50.

Clicky link

hannahbanana2007 · 04/11/2021 20:34

I saw a couple of people saying be wary of zoom, has anyone used them recently? Reviews are terrible but there are a couple of bits on the 50% off that would be a bargain...

SapereAude · 04/11/2021 20:34
@Karatechopp my dd 15 started with pallets from Revolution and now uses morphe. Both are good quality and often have deals running. She is also a big fan of the clear lip gloss from Barry M.
She also like the Benefit mascara and brow gel.
You could put a little selection together in a makeup bag and include some garnier micellar water and reusable make up remover cloths.
I'd agree with those. DD started with Revolution, Barry M, ELF, MUA and the other brands stocked in Superdrug. All really decent products for the price.

ChoccyJules · 04/11/2021 20:35

@Waveafterwaveslowlydrifting I have recently discovered
www.sugarandsloth.co.uk/ for well-being, confidence stuff. It’s a certain kind of thinking, maybe too twee for some but I have ordered a few things now (mostly for me!).

thaegumathteth · 04/11/2021 20:36

Thanks @spudjulia

Justhereforthechristmasthreads · 04/11/2021 20:37

@Jinglebells21

Is there a boots code floating about please? Or do boots even do codes? I'm after the ordinary skincare set for my daughters hamper for Christmas. It's priced £25 but I don't want to pay full price 😆
@Jinglebells21Try MA25QM - it isn't the biggest discount unfortunately but should take £2.50 off
Wainwriter · 04/11/2021 20:39

I'm really behind as the threads move so fast, but I wanted to thank the posters from a previous thread who have me advice about the Lego Boost. Looks like I'd be best avoiding that - and I love the coding alternative that was suggested, so thank you. Sorry, it was a while ago and I can't remember posters' names.

Also thank you for the Gravitrax offer - it has arrived and the box is much bigger than I was expecting. Looks a great present.

Am off to look at the speed track now too!

I love the bargains that are shared here, but also the ideas. I've had so many good ideas from these threads. Thanks all Flowers

@Getoutofbed25 what one are you after?

@DockOTheBay if you find a Cinnamon bun (Chanel) one and/or a cupcake I’d be very grateful if you could pick them up for me please. I finally feel like I’m getting through the present list!

PissedOffNeighbour22 · 04/11/2021 20:43

@SpamIAm we had the Aldi till (and scales) and took them back. They were really poor quality compared to others we looked at, so I wouldn't rush out to get the Aldi one if I were you.

DockOTheBay · 04/11/2021 20:45

I'm going in to town tomorrow so I'll have a look for you :)

I ordered 12-14 for my average sized 11yo. I think I was expecting them to come up small? A size 28 arrived, which I think refers to 28inch across the chest? It's going to be quite big on him!
