If you’re posting anything specifically for me please do @ me or I may not spot it. It’s helpful if when sharing bargain info you bold it to make it easy for people to differentiate between chat and bargain links.

I measured the 28 and it's about 60cm from Top of shoulder to bottom hem.

I feel a bit like an ambassador for fb4u now. I don't work for them, promise 😬

Oneborneverydecade · 04/11/2021 21:01

@ChoccyJules I'm a sucker for pastel cartoon animals with sweary slogans so Sugar and Sloth is perfect thank you. Ordered 3 stickers...for now

Ah well that's some comfort @PissedOffNeighbour22 Fingers crossed for the Lidl one!

If anyone sees the barbie care clinic for a good price (currently £45 on Amazon) could they share please? 😬 kicking myself for not getting it when it dropped to £30 a few weeks back.

FluffyFluffMonster · 04/11/2021 21:26

I've ordered the speed track so thank you for the recommendation. It's always nice to support small businesses!

FluffyFluffMonster · 04/11/2021 21:29

I've ordered a Nespresso coffee machine for £1 when it should be something like £200. I'm then paying £25 pm but I spend that on coffee pods which is put onto my account every month. It will actually save me a lot of money as I was addicted to coffee shops but that's stopped now. Maybe of use to someone.

@DockOTheBay Thank you very much.

@Justhereforthechristmasthreads I’m looking for a cupcake and the cinnamon bun (Chanel) one, they are really lovely, exceeded my expectations!

Picklesbaby · 04/11/2021 21:45

Anyone whose ordered second hand books am I better off on world of books or music magpie ? Ds is obsessed with baby Jake but the only books I can find are used
Also have stayed away the doll as it is terrifying and looks nothing like him 😶

DillieDoily · 04/11/2021 21:45

Sorry if if has already been mentioned but Tesco have a good offer on hardback backs- 2 for £14. I managed to get 2 books (Dave Grohl and Jane's Patisserie cookbook) that are both £10 on Amazon (£20 rrp) so saved £6.

Claire’s have cancelled my order for the purple cat squishmallow 😢, quite glad in a way as the Aldi ones are so nice and better priced!

woodwaj · 04/11/2021 21:46

PolkadotsAndMoonbeams · 04/11/2021 21:46

@Picklesbaby I've always used Abebooks.

Beakerandbungle · 04/11/2021 21:49

@PolkadotsAndMoonbeams Ooo they’re very cheap compared to the ones I’ve been looking at 🤭 have they always arrived in good condition ?

Vebrithien · 04/11/2021 21:58

Tesco have Silent night teddy bear duvet covers on their Clubcard offers for half price. That made a single duvet cover and pillow case £12.50.

They had them in grey or pale pink, and in single, double or king-size.

I've used world of books loads and can thoroughly recommend. Haven't tried music magpie, sorry!
imnottoofussed · 04/11/2021 22:02

Tkmaxx online has a cat squishmallow today in the new in section. No idea if the size or price is any good to anyone. It's 14 x 12cm £4.99

Sorry if I've missed this @FluffyFluffMonster, but where was that from please?
LyraSilvertongueBelacqua · 04/11/2021 22:10

Went to 2 Aldis this evening in search of an Earth or cupcake squishmallow, but there were none at all. Not even an empty space!

oatmilkisntsobad · 04/11/2021 22:19

I need to buy a heated foot warmer thing for DH who's driving me mad whinging about his cold feet! Any recommendations or bargains would be great please
@PolkadotsAndMoonbeams Ooo they’re very cheap compared to the ones I’ve been looking at 🤭 have they always arrived in good condition ?
All the ones I've had have been great — they describe the condition very well usually, so you can pick the one that sounds best. I've usually bought ones that are "Very Good" and some honestly look like new.

"Good" can vary a bit more — some are ex-library books, so might have stamps from that, but others might just look like they've been read a couple of times (crease in the spine of a paperback for example).

FluffyFluffMonster · 04/11/2021 22:23

@CarrieMoonbeams it's directly from the Nespresso website.
