If you’re posting anything specifically for me please do @ me or I may not spot it. It’s helpful if when sharing bargain info you bold it to make it easy for people to differentiate between chat and bargain links.
@Wonderfulstuff my tall 6 year old can ride it so I think size wise it would be completely fine. Sometimes they both go on it at the same time, I’m impressed with the strength of it!!
They can push themselves along with their feet on a smooth floor but it’s quite hard work.
Hope that helps!
Thanks for your reply - sounds like it would be a good option. We go to a play place that has a foot to floor one that she is obsessed with - and rarely gets a turn on as all the bigger kids grab it first lol.

Glad it got there @22Giraffes just paying it forward, @Daisy829 very kindly sent me something last year that I couldn't get hold of locally. Nice to be able to trust complete strangers still.

Fetchthevet · 04/11/2021 14:03

Smiggle advent calendar is half price today.

22Giraffes · 04/11/2021 14:06

Absolutely, it's lovely to know that kind people are out there and Christmas magic does exist! Hoping I will be able to help others out too.

thaegumathteth · 04/11/2021 14:06

@RicherThanYew thanks!

@DockOTheBay sorry I don't know why my PMs aren't working. No I don't need it , I had already bid on the eBay one and got that one for a not too bad price in the end. Sorry to mess you around and apologies for the pm hassle.

thaegumathteth · 04/11/2021 14:09

JD sports have free delivery on all
Orders not sure if it's only through the app

Chocolateteabag · 04/11/2021 14:14

I have a Matalan 20% one time use code which I won't use - happy to send to anyone if you PM me (if you need the barcode to use in store you'll need to send your email address)

MydeamonsanOstrich · 04/11/2021 14:27
@Tightsonmyboat I don't suppose you know if the speed track would also do for marble races? My ASD DS8 loves racing marbles on various things and this looks ace, but not sure if it's too shallow a channel to keep the marble in place? No worries if your little guy hasn't tested this out 😂

We do have many and varied marble runs (multiple galt sets and add ons, gravitrax, gravity maze) but those all require quite a bit of set up and sometimes he's just looking for a quicker way to race them
If you can get hold of a couple of large and sturdy cardboard tubes, you could race marbles down the stairs. One of my 3 year olds favourite things to do is send balls or toy cars down.

@Greenhand If you PM me an address, I'm happy to pop a Starter Set of eye make-up brushes in the post to you for your daughter. The box has some scrape marks (from being moved around cupboards), but not any more than you sometimes would get buying off the shelf.

They were from a Boots 'glitch' a few years ago. I had bought one set to gift, and received a second set free. Decided not to give the 2nd set to recipient of the ones I had bought, as didn't want them to think I had overspent on their gift. Picture isn't great (taken quickly on my tablet), but the brushes come with a 2in1 case/stand.

No cost to you should you accept, and you will be helping me on my mission to clear some cupboard space Grin.

@thaegumathteth

Don't suppose anyone has any discount codes for JD sports, ds wants the scotland shirt and it's £65 😱 so anything I can save would be greatly appreciated!
I ordered shirts from footballsbest4u.com/ after recommendations on one of the bargain threads. Amazing prices but long delivery times. I got them personalised and the quality is great. I can't tell the difference between the official one I ordered that cost £75 and the bargain one I got for £20.
Christmasnearlydone · 04/11/2021 14:37

@butterflymum are these a boots own set? Just thinking I could get something similar for my daughter. Don't suppose you remember how much they were? Thanks so much (I don't wear makeup so a bit clueless!)

Justonedayatatime11 · 04/11/2021 14:38

@Daisy829 my latte squishmallow arrived today! Thank you so much for being lovely enough to send it to me Thanks

Thisisbatshit · 04/11/2021 14:42

Apologies for the zoom sale link- I've not ordered from them in a few years. I hope no one has any problems with them. I shall now unsubscribe from their emails!

butterflymum · 04/11/2021 14:54

@Christmasnearlydone

The brand is Real Techniques. I think Boots, Superdrug and others sell their stuff. From memory, the set in the picture was on a £10 deal (normally £15-£20), and as said, a 'glitch' at time meant I got two sets for the £10. Don't think that partcular set is still available, but a quick google brings up other brush sets by same brand, some with make up type bag, bag rather than case/stand.

Like you, I don't wear make-up.

Christmasnearlydone · 04/11/2021 14:56

@butterflymum perfect thank you 😊

Daisy829 · 04/11/2021 15:00

@Justonedayatatime11 that’s fab. Thanks for letting me know. Cute aren’t they! Merry Christmas x

PinkDaydreams · 04/11/2021 15:22

Fantastic customer service from Sarah at Speed track! Emailed her this morning asking when the 5 metre track would be back in stock and she replied straight away and let me know they'd be on later today once she had done a stock count. I said for her to expect an influx of orders thanks to this forum and she replied saying she wondered why she'd got loads of orders come through!
Anyway the 5 metre is now back in stock Grin
Thank you to the original poster!

PinkDaydreams · 04/11/2021 15:23

@IveGotALovelyBunchOfCoconuts

Thanks *@Tightsonmyboat* -I think we're going to give it a go! He's a bit tricky to buy for as doesn't like/play with typical toys, so we're always thinking outside the box. Particularly like how simple it will be to get out and put away!!
Love the idea of the marbles to go with this! That's what I also like about it, easy to pack away!
PolkadotsAndMoonbeams · 04/11/2021 15:23

I have a set of Real Techniques brushes (in a case/stand) and have found them good. They wash really well too, no bristles fall out or anything and they're lovely and soft.

Greenhand · 04/11/2021 15:29

@butterflymum That's so very kind. Have sent you a PM

Aa101 · 04/11/2021 15:55

SapereAude · 04/11/2021 16:24

Many thanks for the previous Morphe heads-up. The two palettes I ordered for dd have just come and are ginormous, and look really sleek. Very pleased.
