Dammit I wasn't meant to buy anything else and already this morning I've bought rummikub and speed track Blush

Riverhouse · 04/11/2021 08:23

@PinkDaydreams maybe someone who already has it could say if it's possible, but maybe you could get 6m and cut it to the right length?

jj290 · 04/11/2021 08:29

Saw this in my leaflet today:

Lego architecture new York is currently £24.99 on amazon. It was £32 a few weeks ago then shot up to £44rrp and I've just popped on yo buy rummikub and it had dropped to £24.99! Yippeee

I hadn't thought of that! Good idea thank you 😁

The Aldi wooden birthday cake was an 'extra' for DD a couple of years ago, when I had (allegedly!) finished my shopping, and I'm so glad I got it - both DDs play with it almost daily.

George22 · 04/11/2021 09:03

@MerylSqueak

Laithwaites did a similar offer last year. Can anyone who got it tell me what the wine was like?
We have bought numerous boxes of Laithwaites wine. It’s nearly always good but they used to refund you for bottles you weren’t happy with. We have their advent calendar again this year.
PeachTea1 · 04/11/2021 09:04

ASOS 20% off on the app with code APPYDAYS

George22 · 04/11/2021 09:04

They did an amazing offer last year which you could then apply BLC discount to. I think it may have been for Black Friday.

Haudyourwheesht · 04/11/2021 09:06

ASOS have 20% off a £30 spend today if you download the app.

LOADS of brands. They also have lots of the instax camera things, and stuff like that.

Oops. Crosspost.

@NoWordForFluffy

For anyone who has an M&S Sparks clothing discount, it works on the 2 for £15 pyjamas, where the 20% off kids' pyjamas code didn't, the other week. I just got 2 pairs for £13.50. Bargain!
Oh my gosh, I never get decent sparks offers, so excited to see I actually get this one! I’ve only had the one about national heritage membership for months!
GnomeyGnome · 04/11/2021 09:09

For anyone who is buying the Amazon fire stick for their children, I bought it yesterday and as far as I can tell you can't have the voice control on a child profile. If anyone knows a way around it that would be great, it's quite annoying because I want the parental controls but also wanted DD to be able to just ask Alexa to put on whatever show she wants to watch. It's still an absolute bargain anyway and I'm glad I bought it but just something to be aware of!

Ourlady · 04/11/2021 09:18

@dizzygirl1 thanks very much for the New York Lego tip off, great price that. We bought the London one last year and it was a big hit.

@dizzygirl1 thanks for lego tip I was only looking at it yesterday, glad I didn't buy it now!

Haudyourwheesht · 04/11/2021 09:34

I'm so pissed off with M&S. I didn't get the 20% off pjs offer and now don't have the clothes one. A free movie rental. Cheers M&S.

Number109 · 04/11/2021 09:34

@Tightsonmyboat thank you for sharing speed track, it’s exactly what I’ve been looking for. My 3 year old loves a friends hot wheels set but only really wants the loop so hopefully this does what she wants!

psuedocream3 · 04/11/2021 09:36

Just looking to do a large pj order from M&S and only have the £5 off code! I wonder if they will be doing a 20% off clothing any time soon as £20 is a fairly substantial saving!

Number109 · 04/11/2021 09:36

@Lovemusic33 I ordered the playdough sandwich toaster too, 3 year old loves a cheese sandwich and playdough so this may be a fave. Amazon let me add it at £5 but says out of stock so we’ll see if it ever arrives!

weebarra · 04/11/2021 09:37

Haud- I'm the same re M&S offers. Not fair!

Mustangsallyis · 04/11/2021 09:50
@BellsaRinging thanks for the laithwaites heads up, I've ordered (well, had to order to my mother's house Grin)

For anyone else ordering, to make it extra bargainous:

5% cash back through TopCashback

Lloyds bank is offering 20% cash back if you activate the offer and use your Lloyds bank to pay

It comes with 4 free tumblers which always seem to sell well on eBay, I think I usually get around £12 excl postage when I sell the laithwaites glasses on there.
I only see 5% cash back through Lloyds for Laithwaites. Strange!

whatwillicallmyself · 04/11/2021 09:53

Oh the speed track looks fab, they dont deliver to Ireland though Sad

www.aldi.co.uk/6v-ride-on-fire-engine/p/706804530653101

I got my 3 year old this ride on fire engine from Aldi last Christmas when he asked Father Christmas for a “big fire engine” and it has been amazing, gets ridden most days round the house or on the drive. They also have ambulance and police cars, they’re £35 and it was such a wow present when we came down on Christmas morning, can definitely recommend!
