We stayed up watching Sherlock and now I'm wide awake. I'm unimpressed! 😂

At least we finally made it to thread 2...I doubt we will do as many this year!

That took about 10 minutes to get the damn thing to post! Stupid MN.

Woolly that would annoy me too. I regularly get NDNs DM parking her audi car across the front of us 😡
Also congrats on the patriotic photo - you got the cars in the correct red, white and blue order 😂😂

PussyCatEatingEasterEggs · 21/03/2021 17:05

Meant to add, she stopped after I got home one day and blocked her in. I went for a long shower well, I pretended to and had to lean out of the ensuite window with a towel around my head saying I'd be another 20 mins. 😇😉

whydoesitalwayshappentome · 21/03/2021 18:11

Woolly you could get away with the 'starlings did it' once you chuck birdseed over the twatmobile with the murmuration that we have. A good solid excuse there I reckon.

I am recovering from a very action packed shift yesterday. I even had to run (I did the day before as well) tis an unnatural state of affairs I tell you! On the plus side a colleague bought me an orange twirl, which are simply excellent.

CrazyBaubles · 21/03/2021 22:46

Woolly I hope dickhead Parker moved his car. In our old street I had no shame and would happily fish-wife people until they moved. Am hoping new neighbours never have the pleasure of hearing me though Blush

Running why? How very uncivilised! You need to start refusing 😂

I've had a bit of a busy day. My dad came down to do more work (fitting extractor fan) which caused a lot of mess which I cleaned. We went for a walk, did the census, did yoga, cooked a roast, did cross stitch, and have finished my evening by kicking DH into the conservatory, closing the curtains and watching LoD in the dark by myself.
I'm so glad it's back - this will be my Sunday evening for the next 6 weeks

NoWordForFluffy · 21/03/2021 22:54

Come and join the LoD thread in Telly Addicts, Crazy!

Morning!

I'm disappointed that it's Monday already. It's not fair!

Back to the grindstone, I suppose.

Only 9 working days until I'm off though. Wooooo!

lachy · 22/03/2021 06:50

Morning!

I agree Fluffy it's not fair. Weekends need to be much longer 😴

PussyCatEatingEasterEggs · 22/03/2021 08:07

Weekends need to be long enough to binge watch every episode of LoD again as I'm sure I must have missed something...Grin

WreckTangled · 22/03/2021 08:11

Dh and I haven't watching LoD do we need to binge it?

Wfh today. Going to try and get a quick walk in before I start.

CrazyBaubles · 22/03/2021 08:16

Agree here too - definitely feel like I blinked and the weekend was over.

I'm on the LoD thread Fluffy, just not using this name Smile

Just starting work with a cuppa. TMI, I'm very hormonal and cramps are awful so I'm planning a quiet day today, work, dog walk, workout, cook tea and some washing.

CrazyBaubles · 22/03/2021 08:19

Puss I watched this yesterday just before the new series -

p*

Wreck you should definitely watch, it's a great show.

NoWordForFluffy · 22/03/2021 08:21

Wreck, yes, you need to watch all previous series, then this one too. It'll help if your memory is better than mine! you with this one!

Crazy, do you have an LoD name you use? I have one, but I'd have to check my account to remember what it is. 😂

PussyCatEatingEasterEggs · 22/03/2021 08:31

Ooh...I haven't...any suggestions?
I can barely see this morning as my head is leaking 🤧😵 I've had to increase text size to 150% 👀

WreckTangled · 22/03/2021 08:51

Ok we will start watching it. Brooklyn 99 season 7 is coming. To Netflix this week so we will have to watch that first.

Walk done. Heard a woodpecker and something else, not sure what, I'm not good with bird noises.

NerosFiddle · 22/03/2021 10:18

Morning.

I wish I watched series 5 again. I've forgotten a lot.

PussyCatEatingEasterEggs · 22/03/2021 10:59

Nero You've until next Sunday to re-watch...I suspect I will be doing this A.LOT Grin
I've binge watched Unforgiven too, so I'm getting all of the storylines confused.
There's a new (3rd and final) series of Keeping Faith due soon - I've watched the welsh version with subtitles and absolutely loved it.

CrazyBaubles · 22/03/2021 11:06

Fluffy I do have a LoD name - FranklySonImTheGaffer 👮🏼 😂

Wreck had wondered about Brooklyn 99s new season. I wonder if they'll give us the whole season in one go?

Another series Im watching I found by mistake - I put it on thinking it was a film is Big Sky on Disney. Quite surprised it's on there as it's absolutely not kid friendly at all but is a murder / kidnap / crime series that has drawn me straight in.

MarshmallowManiac · 22/03/2021 12:09

Morning everyone. Nice day here, sunny and calm. Gave the doggie his first bath yesterday, sure it traumatised him but he seems ok now thankfully. Smile DH and DS finished laying the patio over the weekend. Hopefully next week we can start to dig over our garden to lay some grass. Have been watching GA but want to watch new series of Unforgotten and LOD soon.

Woolly we have a knob idiot neighbour with a large van that is always parking across us who is doing up a boat???? in his front garden. Think in the future will have to move into a detached bungalow away from knobs idiot neighbours for my own sanity. Grin Grin

Good idea Puss will have to try that. Grin

Dickhead has seen my fish wife side Crazy when his girlfriend who doesn't have an allocated space parked across us. She's even worse than him. I want to watch the first series LOD again as forgotten it all. Greys Anatomy is on Disney too.

Hope you enjoyed your walk Wreck

Definitely weekend MUCH too short Fluffy

Themostwonderfultimeoftheyear · 22/03/2021 17:13

I think I should give LoD a shot too! Although I also want to watch the new Brooklyn 99 first.

Our weekend went really fast too. We had a lovely day yesterday though, met up with friends at the wetlands then had take away roast dinner in the park with them. DS was so tired out from playing with his best friend they he slept through the night until 7:10 this morning!

TheWoollybacksWife · 22/03/2021 19:19

Parking divvy moved his car just before DD2 got home at 5. He was extremely rude to her last time she asked him to move.

I started the matryoshka dolls today and I've already done the smallest and started the next one up. They're tiny and work up really quickly.

LoD was great - I forgot about following the thread in telly addicts.

Morning!

Sainsbury's have been and gone and it's packed away. If they continue with the shite Nectar offers I may have to consider going elsewhere though, as if the money I'd save at Aldi is given back to me in Nectar points, that's fine by me, as it's essentially a savings scheme. If it's not, then I might as well not bother with Sainsbury's. Shooting themselves in the foot somewhat, I feel. I can just go and buy the few bits with crap points offers but get the rest elsewhere.

At least the rude parking bloke moved, Woolly. Arsehole.

Did you abandon the sheep, Woolly?

OP posts:
Themostwonderfultimeoftheyear · 23/03/2021 08:33

Mine is arriving 9-10 fluffy. £1 in points this week, so so rubbish.

NoWordForFluffy · 23/03/2021 08:48

I got 50p with the bonus deals and 90p in coupons. It's rubbish indeed.

OP posts:
TheWoollybacksWife · 23/03/2021 09:22

I made one Fluffy but I only had smooth yarn so it was a bit underwhelming. I've parked it until I get some fluffy yarn to make it look a bit more sheep-like - it currently resembles a bullet with legs and ears.

Your Sainsbury's rewards are sounding a bit Clubcard. I spent £100+ at Tesco at the weekend. 100 or so clubcard points = about £1 to spend. My total for the year will be about £60-70 although I did have a double points coupon just after new year that applied for 5 weeks despite saying it was two uses only. Nowhere near your £200 or thereabouts.
