I think I'm dead! #dramaqueen
3.5 hours of digging, weeding and shifting strawberry runners. I now have 5 rows of strawberries which are neat. For now!
I didn't quite get all of the old ones dug out, but that can wait. It was more important to get the space they were going into dug over plus the runners put in. I had about 20 I'd grown from runners at home plus the ones I shifted there.
My rhubarb is poking through nicely. I'm hoping for a bumper crop this year as it's the second full year of having them. I still need to weed around the plants. Again, time wasn't on my side!
Woolly, I can't stand twatty parkers. We have a few near us and they drive me insane and I've done some spectacular fish-wifing at one lot more than once. I hope it's a brief thing.
Wreck, I hope you get to go to Brighton. It will be lovely. I've booked the hotel to see my parents and Why in May, but whether it happens is something else (the hotel we met in for a drink, Woolly).
I hope Wreck's DD and Puss feel better soon. Could any of it be hayfever? Mine gets worse each year.
I climbed the street adjacent to Lombard St in San Francisco. That was stupid. (It's as steep, but not windy.) All because we were too impatient to wait for the tram! 🙄😂
