Just that really. Do you have a special ‘Christmas Eve meal? Takeaway? Buffet?

A lazy freezer dinner, Christmas tree shaped nuggets with potato waffles and frozen veg.

Christmas Eve tapas. It's a thing.

We had our Christmas Dinner! Tomorrow is a buffet of leftovers, cheeseboard, ham and chocolates. No clock watching for timings, spending all day in the kitchen and trying to get the kids to sit at the table for 2 hours.

So far so good!

No, just normal meal. Teriyaki chicken. Boring, but that's what dc wanted.

Cheistmas Eve is always sushi. It's the law in this household.

Macdonalds. Have done a load of prepping and pre-cooking today so wanted something super-easy fr dinner. And we rarely ever have it.

You lucky bastard, I’m green with envy!

Fillet steak with chips and all the trimmings and sticky toffee pudding for dessert.

Salt and pepper cod with mash, cauliflower and Savoy cabbage.

Vegetarian duck and pancakes. My first beer in about 6 months. Feeling slightly tipsy and very glad I’ve got nothing to do now.

We were going to have boa buns but I was full after a late lunch so I had a big hit chocolate and some roasted chestnuts. My partner had picky bits. (sorry I know!)

Sushi

He had a late lunch/ early dinner of Glazed gammon with dauphinois potato, carrots and peas. This is what we generally have every year.

We also had the Sainsbury's chocolate and clementine Yule log as dessert which is incredible, I highly recommend.

We are now having nibbles and baked Camembert with crusty bread while we watch films.

Me and DH have had an Indian for years but we had a Dominos tonight, DD1 paid 👍

Schnitzel, new potatoes and broccoli.

Not had it yet, I have a chicken pie in the oven to be served with chips and cauliflower cheese

Steak and salad.

Sushi, gyoza and bao buns. A popular choice it seems!

We made BBQ chicken nachos, and had chocolate eclairs for pudding 😬
