@GazingAndGrazing I haven't seen much Harry Potter merch but did remember seeing some bits on claires yesterday which you may be able to stack the 40% code on top of the already up to 50% sale. Includes things like scrunchies, a wand pen. Perhaps good for stocking fillers? The code for the additional 40% is

Just checked the camels and that tablet was normally around 45 for most of last year apart from what looks like the drop to 28.50 for Black Friday. It has been 55 more or less since about May this year. So the 38.50 price is pretty good and it does seem to come with a lot of buttons and a good size compared to others.

I may just buy it and avoid the risk of delivery issues if lockdown comes back again, and take the hit if it’s a tenner cheaper on Black Friday! Now wondering if there’s a cheap way to get access to Creative Cloud or similar. I have it at work but I don’t think we have a discount for a home package.

Thanks for the Toucan Box codes. I'd had the emails for half price but that wasn't quite cheap enough for me DD will be very excited when that comes through the door.

@dumplingsandstew I'm so tempted by your rave review to get a tablet for my DD (13) but am worried that the very elderly Apple laptop she inherited from a cousin won't support it. Can it work on its own as it were or does it have to be linked to a computer? (Spot clueless DM)

I'm so annoyed with myself, spent an hour adding and removing things from my Claire's basket, added the 40% discount code then put DD to bed. Just finished the order and somewhere the discount code disappeared so I've missed the discount. Argh all my own fault and I can't cancel it.

Im getting some money for Christmas so in advance I want to use it to buy a vax carpet cleaner while they might be on offer. Can anyone recommend any....so many conflicting reviews when I look. I think the Rapide looks the best but not sure. Thanks.

Why am I starting to feel like I need a robot vac ans I don't have long before prime day ends. Can someone who have one tell me why they are good.... will it be able to navigate around my kitchen/living/dining space and not just give up because of the furniture?

@SecretDancer I emailed the customer services in the order confirmation email because I ordered something twice by accident, it was only a £1.50 lip gloss but I thought they might be able to take it off while order was still showing as unshipped. They sent me an autoreply saying they'd get back to me in 3-5 working days but they're busier during sales 🤷 how did you pay and was it a home delivery or click and collect?

@TheCrow I paid with debit card, free delivery as over £20. It's my own fault for not checking I guess and TBF I'm not too disappointed at 50% off but the extra discount code was very persuasive

Pressed send too quick, I also meant to say I bought an led lightbulb changing colour it arrived today and I'm quite impressed with it! Comes with a remote control. Ideal little present for tweens and is on prime deals today for 2£ less than I bought.

@SecretDancer you can return stuff in-store since you didn't pay by PayPal as long as it's not earrings, body jewelry or makeup. Or i'd maybe try them through Facebook messenger and you might get a faster response through there so you can cancel before it ships and reorder?

@secretdancer claires were really helpful on their twitter help page for me last year. Ended up with my whole order for free and being sent gift card for free!

@GazingAndGrazing M&S have some kids Harry Potter clothes including a dressing gown (I had 10% off on my Sparks card) and Matalan have lots of Harry Potter clothes and accessories. I have got some good value Harry Potter stuff from H&M in the past.

Can someone please explain what “lego dots” are to me? The Argos 2 for £15 looks like a good offer but I am a bit confused what they are - is it an actual lego kit??

When I logged on to M&S online, the site was showing 20% friends & family discount. It wasn’t in my sparks app but was automatically applied. Might work for others too.
