Reastie · 07/10/2020 16:22

Just keeping the title similar should anyone have missed the last title and info.

NEW INFO PLZ READ
**please post any bargain info IN BOLD to make it easier to scroll through the thread.

To make things bold you:
Put a star each side of what you want to make bold like this but without the space between the star and the writing *

Just a reminder you can watch the thread by clicking on ‘watch this thread’ at the top of the first message. It’s much easier for everyone than so many place marking every time which can use up a fair chunk of each thread to scroll through Thanks
@BooSurprise How do you order through Alexa? Don't want to mess it up but I'd really like to get the echo dot at that price.
Me too!

gavisconismyfriend · 11/10/2020 09:53

Sorry, sausage fingers! bodum have some amazing offers in the deals section of their website. Travel mugs, cafetières etc. as well as general kitchenalia. Lots have more than 50% off.

17caterpillars1mouse · 11/10/2020 09:54

Does anybody have any discount codes for brio shop or know if they do any discounts on black Friday. Really want to get the new mickey mouse train station with some money from a family member for dd2 but need it to be slighter cheaper ideally

IceCreamAndCandyfloss · 11/10/2020 09:56

Those that have used the Amazon small business voucher deal, is it £10 back for every £10 spent and can smaller items make up the order? Thanks.

Ewock · 11/10/2020 10:00

I was just coming on to say about the Echo dot. You order it on Alexa, so say Alexa purchase a grey echo dot. It puts it in your basket at £29.99, then when you proceed to checkout it reduces to £18.99.
@GoblinDaughter we had a Disney Princess beauty advent calendar last year which was perfect for 3-4 year olds obsessed with little girl make up etc but I can’t find it anywhere this year. I was thinking making my own, even if use 24 little envelope style calendar, quite a few places have sets of the budget play make up That could then be split over several days, I got one in home bargains last week for £2.99 that has 5-6 things in
Right so I’m not losing my mind then ( which is entirely possible at this point in 2020!). I’m sure I saw that calendar last year but can’t find anything even remotely like it this year, have tried Claire’s, Amazon, Smyths, The Entertainer, Boots...etc but nothing. I’ll have a look at Home Bragains for some sets, thank you 😊

Theonlyoneiknow · 11/10/2020 10:05

Does anyone's DDs have the na na na surprise dolls/sets? I haven't seen them before

Puffalicious · 11/10/2020 10:08

Shandlers Wig I shopped around for phone deals for both teen DC last year and just didn't find what I was looking for in budget. I waited until Black Friday weekend and got both iphone and Samsung deals I needed (high data) no bother in budget.

It really did seem that in the case of phones it's best to wait. The deals were heavily advertised the weekend before so plenty time to scour and decide.

My own contact is now up for renewal but I'm waiting until Black Friday despite DC3 recently dropping it and cracking the screen. I'll cope for a few weeks!

@TheDrsDocMartens @Threeoleary Ewock has posted instructions above - I guess it means you already have to have an Alexa enabled device?? Thanks @Ewock I had clocked that bit!
JustanotherTuesday · 11/10/2020 10:13

@IceCreaamAndCandyfloss You can only make one claim for £10 but it can be made up of smaller items. I bought from three separate sellers and immediately got messaged to say I had qualified for the offer.

Hedgyhoggy · 11/10/2020 10:21

Just had an email from Portmeirion to say they have a flash sale on Spode including Christmas collection

@makingmiracles thank you for the gap code. I got ds some fire engine pj's for £6.10 delivered.

Anyone else looking for cute pj's I typed in "baby gap pj set" to bring them all up. I was searching for age 2-3 and they were all in baby gap.

Dont forget with Turtle doves gloves you can request specific colours and they will try and send the ones you want.

I've done this several times on various deals over the years and always got want I wanted.

SingaporeSlinky · 11/10/2020 11:18

Think it was ScoobySnacker looking for oven gloves. TK Maxx have Ulster Weavers ones in stock, with cows or dogs on.

TheGriffle · 11/10/2020 11:28

Is there a way of seeing things that will be coming up on the prime days? It says to shop early and put alerts on things but I don’t understand what’s included.

STARE2016 · 11/10/2020 11:34

I am getting increasingly tempted to just buy oodies for everyone for Xmas! Has anyone got both an oodie and the sienna one pp mentioned above? Wondering if the oodie is worth the extra £15 each?

spudsuliked · 11/10/2020 11:48

Tatty Devine have free international delivery** until Monday night, I'll be sending a few bits to family in the states and asking them to put them away, not cheap but there's some nice craft inspired bits on sale in the 'outlet' section and the rest is lovely too!
