NEW INFO PLZ READ
**please post any bargain info IN BOLD to make it easier to scroll through the thread.

To make things bold you:
Put a star each side of what you want to make bold like this but without the space between the star and the writing *

Just a reminder you can watch the thread by clicking on ‘watch this thread’ at the top of the first message. It’s much easier for everyone than so many place marking every time which can use up a fair chunk of each thread to scroll through Thanks

Here’s Barbarara’s instructions from last year on doing clicky links:

Open double square brackets
No space
Paste link
Space
Name of link
No space
Close double square brackets

Like this
[[www.amazingbargains.com bargain ]] but with no space after/before the brackets.
If I do it again without the extra spaces only the word bargain will appear in blue

For more links etc see message 2

If any link doesn’t work or you want to add something please let me know by @ing me Thanks

@JustanotherTuesday items that are valid have the blue banner somewhere on their page I think.

PinkDaydreams · 05/10/2020 20:52

The velvet sacks are in b&m?! I went looking for them in home bargains as I thought they were in there! So annoyed with myself as there was a b&m next door that I didn't go into Sad

Duckyneedsaclean · 05/10/2020 20:53

I am getting increasingly stressed by the B&M initial stockings.. I have 5 out of 6 but can't find a J!

It's only October so I'm show I'll get one by Christmas, but the staff at my local B&M are noticing my frequent trips Blush

Holothane · 05/10/2020 20:54

My advent calendar for this year I can’t wait it’s wooden and will last years,

@steph2412 it's this one

PinkDaydreams · 05/10/2020 20:59

@Duckyneedsaclean your name and postcode is on that screen shot. Might be worth reporting so it's taken down

princessbear80 · 05/10/2020 21:00

@Holothane I have that nativity advent calendar - I love it!

Kerrierr · 05/10/2020 21:00

@Brashopper

Thank you so much for posting the denotes yarn details. I have just taken up crochet and I’m so looking forward to receiving lots of yarn. I used discount code PAYDAY25 and it took 25% off so 2x mystery bundles for £37.50 and apparently I get a free gift also.

MsMiaWallace · 05/10/2020 21:06

I have the Hotel Chocolat dipping adventures in my basket. Should I buy??
I'm thinking Xmas eve treat.
Is it worth the £35?

Raindancer411 · 05/10/2020 21:06

@Maddie2802 Thank you

Connellschain · 05/10/2020 21:07

@Holothane I have that one as well. Absolutely adore planning which days all the little animals and figures come out from!!

CoffeeAndEnnui · 05/10/2020 21:08

Thank you so much, @TimInRuislip, I might have to grab a couple before (like @Duckyneedsaclean) the staff at the two B&M branches I've been staking out begin to think I'm stalking one of them instead!

Shitfuckoh · 05/10/2020 21:09

Can I just say thank you to whoever posted the Usborne book & puzzle info? I ordered the 'twas the night before Christmas' one & I've opened to look (It'll be in the 1st Dec box from the Elf!) and it's fantastic. The pieces will be ideal for my youngest too.
I'd like another one in a Christmas / Winter theme so will be keeping an eye out.

lotusbell · 05/10/2020 21:12

@WickedEmoji, they are worth it,I think. Both the boiled and the fried egg are very cute! I have toast and espresso. Oh and sushi Grin
When I've searched around before I've found prices vary but often ones with bigger discounts are levelled out with p&p costs. 20% off is probably the best discount you'll get.

Brashopper · 05/10/2020 21:13

@Kerrierr 25% discount at Deramores, even better then.

NewYorkIvy · 05/10/2020 21:13

@Holothane

My advent calendar for this year I can’t wait it’s wooden and will last years,
That's beautiful, where is it from?
Beaglemum93 · 05/10/2020 21:15

Brashopper · 05/10/2020 21:17

Yarn bundle 4 at Deramores is all Deramores Studio yarn, so won’t have the variety of the other bundles.

You might think that’s a good thing.

JoHo123 · 05/10/2020 21:19

@Holothane and @Connellschain, my husband was eyeing up the Lakeland Nativity Advent Calendar but it’s not particularly bargainous. Our children are 6 months and 2 years so I’m guessing it will last though. Did you manage to get bargains?

Shrillharridan · 05/10/2020 21:22

Any recs for a decent French press?
We've had 4 and they all break/crack :(

runningpink · 05/10/2020 21:25

@Holothane where is the advent calendar from? Iv been looking for Something like this ever since Costco stopped doing them!

PurpleSock · 05/10/2020 21:25

Just found this snowflake multi tool - its an 18 in 1 tool that can be attached as a keyring, a nice little stocking filler for less than £3

Lellyo · 05/10/2020 21:29

@Holothane

My advent calendar for this year I can’t wait it’s wooden and will last years,
@holothane ....that is gorgeous, could i ask where it was from please ?
Puffalicious · 05/10/2020 21:39

Shrillharridan

Homgeek are brilliant. It's stainless steel so really sturdy, twin wall insulated like a flask and lid spins and closes to keep heat, spare gauze, pours beautifully and it looks great. It's the bees' knees.

£25 Amazon. About a month ago. I'm not good a clicky link but I'll try in a minute.
