NEW INFO PLZ READ
**please post any bargain info IN BOLD to make it easier to scroll through the thread.

To make things bold you:
Put a star each side of what you want to make bold like this but without the space between the star and the writing *

Just a reminder you can watch the thread by clicking on ‘watch this thread’ at the top of the first message. It’s much easier for everyone than so many place marking every time which can use up a fair chunk of each thread to scroll through Thanks

Here’s Barbarara’s instructions from last year on doing clicky links:

Name of link

Close double square brackets

Like this
[[www.amazingbargains.com bargain ]] but with no space after/before the brackets.
If I do it again without the extra spaces only the word bargain will appear in blue

For more links etc see message 2

If any link doesn’t work or you want to add something please let me know by @ing me Thanks

@Maddie2802

Looking for a baby doll bargain! My daughter is 2 and I'm looking for a baby that she can feed and bath but I do not want to spend £50+ on baby born/baby anabelle as she likes to try and draw on her dolls sometimes 😂
TK Maxx and B&M are good for dolls on offer if you're able to go to a physical shop.
LifeInAHamsterWheel · 05/10/2020 19:09

@Reastie thanks I'll hold off for now 👍🏻

PatchworkElmer · 05/10/2020 19:16

@MsMiaWallace a bit hit and miss... I am really chuffed with the quality of some Lion Guard bits I got for DS. Sent a pair of Cars PJs back as they were ludicrously small. Paw Patrol bits I’d say are reasonable quality for the price paid. You have to pay postage on returns, which is really irritating 🙄

Londonborncatty · 05/10/2020 19:22

Anthropology sale is worth looking at for teenage girls. Lots of jewellery, homeware and hair accessories at good prices.

MissMarple0203 · 05/10/2020 19:24

@4minionstocallmyown how about Lanka Kade dog (they have a few) including this yesbebe.co.uk/lanka-kade/31493-lanka-kade-dog-pull-along/
@IceCreamAndCandyfloss Unless the leggings say curve (there's only a couple) then they are the smaller size (8-12 I think)
Thank you.

Want a few pairs so didn’t want to get it wrong. Think I may have to split the order though as it doesn’t discount them currently as I have more than 2 pairs.

WhentheDealGoesDown1 · 05/10/2020 19:42

@JustanotherTuesday

Does anybody know if the Amazon Small Business £10 Prime offer applies to items bought from a company but fulfilled by Amazon ? I might just be being a bit thick Smile
You are not being thick at all, I am just looking at this now and am not entirely sure, thing is it looks like you don't know until after you have ordered it if its a qualifying product as you then get an email saying you have the £10. I'm browsing something called Amazon storefronts which seems to be where you get the purchase from, I'm sure it is deliberately not very clear.
Ewock · 05/10/2020 19:51

@DinosaurOfFire

Build a bear pokemon up to 30% off is back on, and they have other toys in their sale as well now. They have the £5 off a £10 voucher for every £20 you spend as well which can be stacked on a future order.

@snowfairylover I'm not sure if any of those are helpful for the ones you are looking at.
And I think it was @Ewock who was looking for Pokemon things, so not sure if they'll have things of interest to you too

Thank you it was me with Pokemon things, I'll have a look.
WisestIsShe · 05/10/2020 19:55

@tiddledpink well I now have two totally non bargainous Disney Christmas mugs coming my way. I paid for postage and everything! Bad bargain hunter! The travel mug looks particularly lovely though Xmas Grin

PinkDaydreams · 05/10/2020 20:05

@MsMiaWallace I don't order from character anymore as the majority of the orders I've had in the past I have been disappointed with. Pyjamas are normally very small and quite thin material which bobble once washed a couple of times. I've given up on them!

Amazonmulu · 05/10/2020 20:13

@MsMiaWallace I love Character. It's the only place I get DD(4) pjs from as they fit her perfectly (50th percentile) and are ultra soft and very durable. Their sale is always excellent value. It may be the items I've bought but I've been really please and shop with them often.

PinkJam · 05/10/2020 20:21

Cute Hey Duggee hat for £5.70
https://www.amazon.co.uk/dp/B07PM2V3WP/ref=cmswrcpawdbbtft1Ne3EFb6EY0BBXX_

I'd absolutely swear that it was closer to £15 this time last year, even though it says it's down from £7Hmm

Brashopper · 05/10/2020 20:28

Deramores Mystery Yarn Bundles were mentioned earlier.

There are 4 different bundles listed and it looks as if what’s in each numbered bundle is fixed, rather than each one being a random selection of 20 balls. I bought 2 packs of Mystery Bundle 3 so I have received 2 balls of each of 20 yarns.

Mine is very good value. The first bag I took out had 2 Scheepes Whirl which are £21.99 each at Deramores and Loop so that was more than I paid - although I probably would not have bought them at that price.

If you buy 2 bundles, enter the code SAVE10 and get £10 off, so 40 balls for £40. There’s also 15% off for new users: I don’t know if the codes stack.

This is only good value if you’ll use it all, or can give it away. My bundle includes Stylecraft acrylic which works for some Woolly Hugs crafting.

To make this right for the Christmas thread I’ll mention that it also included 2 balls of Tinsel yarn.

ShellyLou1234 · 05/10/2020 20:29

Hi all, I remember reading a few threads back about discounted magazine subscriptions but I can’t find the details, would anyone please be able to provide details or direct me - I’m looking at Radio Times, Gardeners World and a Motorhome one if I can find them at a good discount. Thanks.

Spam88 · 05/10/2020 20:30

Just bought myself something from Lisa Angel. I am weak.

There's this unicorn jewellery dish that's only 50p (I bought two to get free postage, no idea who I'm going to give them to 🙈).

JustanotherTuesday · 05/10/2020 20:34

@WhentheDealGoesDown1
Thanks glad it's not just me then.
It's not very clear is it, it states it can be more than one order as long as it comes to £10 or over but not much else. I might just chance it, as I do want the items for presents but it would be nice to get some money back Smile

Bluewavescrashing · 05/10/2020 20:41

@Spam88 I've just caved and spent £18 on Lisa Angel treats for myself Blush none of it is a present! I'm very weak 😂

CoffeeAndEnnui · 05/10/2020 20:43

Has anyone bought a velvet initial Christmas sack from Matalan yet this year? Just wondering how they would compare with the (gorgeous) B&M ones and whether I could use them as alternatives for the couple of letters I'm struggling to find...

IceCreamAndCandyfloss · 05/10/2020 20:48

I’ve had leggings, an over sized hoodie and just eyeing up Disney mugs ... not of which are for anyone else. Might have to add a token gift to keep in the spirit of the thread Grin

TimInRuislip · 05/10/2020 20:48

@CoffeeAndEnnui I was looking at them today (I have for the B&M one). I’d say they’re pretty similar in quality and size
