Thanks @Anydreamwilldo12 for thread title

please read the thread is moving so fast atm and it’s pretty hard to keep up! I was just wondering on people’s thoughts on this so did a super quick questionnaire here . I’m not sure we’ll find a perfect answer to suit everyone but would love your feedback on if it’s an issue or not.

Just a reminder you can watch the thread by clicking on ‘watch this thread’ at the top of the first message. It’s much easier for everyone than so many place marking every time which can use up a fair chunk of each thread to scroll through Thanks

@fueledwithfairydustandgin I know he doesn't want a replica but there are some fairly realistic triceratops skulls about. I also found this lamp

Maybe accompany a replica with tickets to a museum or a dinosaur experience, with Santa's apologies that all the real bones have to go to the museum for everyone to share and enjoy?

Mumto3thatsme · 03/10/2020 08:28

@BeGoneDom maybe look at the Lanka kade figures for your advent calendar. Babipur, YesBebe, Beaubaba will all sell them

Flackattack · 03/10/2020 08:34

@Whyisitsodifficult I got a jelly cat elf from Lisa angel and used a 20% discount code I googled and free delivery.
The bunny’s don’t tend to be better than that.
I also got two medium jelly cats - normally £22 in my local tk max £8

HoneyPea · 03/10/2020 08:38

@BeGoneDom I'm making a mixed Hey Duggee/Christmas one for my Hey Duggee mad DS who will be 18m. Hey Duggee Christmas PJs, 2 packs of the 4 little board books (will split one a day), felt Christmas tree, that's not my reindeer book and toy, that's not my elf book and toy and a personalized reindeer plate.
Just looking for wooden Hey Duggee skittles to split over some of the days then I'm done 😊

NoWordForFluffy · 03/10/2020 08:46

@HoneyPea, have you seen the singing stick in Argos? I bloody love the Stick Badge. 😂

Bridecilla · 03/10/2020 08:51
@Bridecilla have you looked at EMP and zavvi? I may have a referral code for both sites if you want to but from them. I have bought from both, returns to emp are easy and their items are genuine too. They do lots of gaming stuff (clothes etc).
Thanks @Authenticcelestialmusic just checked and they both have Minecraft stuff but not Preston Styles stuff.

@Jess26385

Any ideas for a present for my bestie, she is super environmentally conscious and vegan and is really into low plastic/ethical stuff... but I am bored of the usual crap I buy. For her birthday I got her a ‘coronavirus tap’ which essentially was a charity donation to fit a tap in a home in a poor community to help fight the virus. I don’t really want to go down the charity route again because I want to give her something tangible.... any ideas welcome :)
I was given one of these and a pillow for the bath. I love it. Very relaxing and you can watch movies (if you have an iPad or phone) with a glass of wine. This one is £29.
DaisyChops · 03/10/2020 08:53

Costco did build a bear vouchers half price about this time last year, I got £100 for just over £50 I think, not sure if they are doing it again this year

Grrrpredictivetex · 03/10/2020 08:54

Little card holder with zipped coin pocket for £2.40 from accessorize. Might make a nice stocking filler. Delivery is £2 under £30.

ZIGGY911 · 03/10/2020 08:58

@NeedMoreTea

Sorry, last comment was for *@ZIGGY911*

Fueledwithfairydustandgin · 03/10/2020 09:02

1122christy · 03/10/2020 09:04

I have a one time use 20% discount for New Look if anyone wants. They also have a 20% a £40 spend use TREATREPEAT, unsure if u can stack codes. But if anyone needs my code I can PM it (if I work out how lol)

I also have a 25% code for converse, again one time use.

Not sure how to do things in bold.using the app

I been using this bargain thread for years n years but hardly ever post, mainly cause I'm too slow, but love reading this. I check it several times a day as soon as thread one starts lol Smile

thelegohooverer · 03/10/2020 09:04

@BeGoneDom would a second hand bundle be an option? I’ve done several advent calendars in that way, just popped all the figurines in the dishwasher first.

FireflyGirl · 03/10/2020 09:04

Someone upthread was looking for ScoobyDoo Playmobil.

Amazon have the Adventure in Egypt playset reduced to £18, comes with Scooby, Velma and Shaggy. I think this is the set they already have, but it's a bargain.

It says rrp is £40, so less than half price, and according to the camels lowest price previously was £33.

sepsisandAKI · 03/10/2020 09:10

@FireflyGirl thanks. My son loves Scooby Doo and Playmobil. Bargain!

woodwaj · 03/10/2020 09:14

@LutherRalph1 the dipping adventure is lovely and is one of my go to presents!

Ashhead24 · 03/10/2020 09:15

Thanks for the lindt balls, have bought a load on subscribe and save for 2.98 each, am hoping they keep their price for the week until my payment day!

MsMiaWallace · 03/10/2020 09:18

@woodwaj is it worth the money as they're quite pricey?

recklessgran · 03/10/2020 09:19

Code PARTNER15 gives 15% off the dipping adventure at Hotel Chocolat. [Doesn't work on the velvetiser though but there's a separate £15 off code for that.]

IggyAce · 03/10/2020 09:21

Debenhams one time use code for 10% off. They have loads of offers running, so you may grab a bargain.

@Jess26385
Re: vegan/eco conscious

If you have a TK Maxx near you they are good. You can often find vegan chocolate, vegan soap and metal water bottles/ coffee cups at a good price.

Have you looked at Dr Botanicals for things like soap?

If you wanted to support an eco shop online Little Goat Gruff are great. Probably not as cheap as other places but ethical. They have some bits on sale. You could make a hamper of soap, shampoo, toothpaste/brush, chocolate, turtle bag, face wipes etc.

ninjaturtlesmum · 03/10/2020 09:31

I have spare Matalan Vouchers if anyone wants one. Must be used by 7th October, I can PM.

£5 off £25
£10 off £50
£15 off £75

iamtheoneandonlyyy · 03/10/2020 09:31

Home bargains have large plush talking moon and me characters for 1.99. They are rrp 16.99
