Thanks @TheGirlWhoLived for thread title

Just a reminder you can watch the thread by clicking on ‘watch this thread’ at the top of the first message. It’s much easier for everyone than so many place marking every time which can use up a fair chunk of each thread to scroll through Thanks

@Bluewavescrashing The quidditch set was going in&out of stock on amazon for ages. I bought it a few months ago for £28 which is the cheapest I've ever seen.

I'm holding out for The burrow at the moment. It's out of stock with lego and I can't imagine symths reducing it as they have it exclusively.

Maddie2802 · 26/09/2020 17:46

What is the code for the gin and pasta? Please 😊

superstar84 · 26/09/2020 17:50

Amazon have a Morphy Richards soup maker for £34, lovely gift for the right person

We use ours most weekends, the kids really love making it and great way to get more veg into them

jumper1234 · 26/09/2020 17:52

I missed the weighted blanket deal on the first couple of threads anyone reccomend one?

peasando · 26/09/2020 17:53

@Notlongnow1 thanks for the Hamleys tip - DS (3) was looking over my shoulder as I clicked on it and he announced that he wanted to get DD the penguins for her birthday and the polar bear for Christmas! They are reduced enough that this works for me, especially with the extra 10% off. I also added UNO Junior and some bubble mixture as stocking fillers for DS (when he wasn't looking!) which got me over the £25 for free postage.

LostMyRubySlippers · 26/09/2020 17:58

@livingthegoodlife

What is the best discount I can expect to get on Harry potter Lego? Argos have some deals but I don't want to buy now if then I regret it on black Friday or something. Anyone know how low the Great hall etc goes for? I'm stuck.
I’m keeping an eye on the great hall too. I looked on camel camel camel & the lowest it’s been was around £65 Nov last year- guessing this may have been Black Fri? Someone posted on last thread that it was cheaper in German amazon & I think that worked out about £65 too but the postage wasn’t free when I was trying to do it- my German is limited though so I may have been missing something Grin I’m thinking I will prob try to hang on until Black Friday....
Maddie2802 · 26/09/2020 18:00

How long did the beer52 take to deliver?

LostMyRubySlippers · 26/09/2020 18:00

@Maddie2802

What is the code for the gin and pasta? Please 😊
It was GIN10 but not sure it is still working

Glad it was useful Smile I need to have a proper look when the kids are asleep!

Tokyo Laundry deal 1 Dressing Gown + 1 pair of Lounge Pants + 1 Top + 1 Wash Bag for £28 plus £1.99 delivery

Maddie2802 · 26/09/2020 18:06

@LostMyRubySlippers thanks! I must have missed the deal

Notlongnow1 · 26/09/2020 18:10

If anyone sees any bargains on Tefal Ingenio pan sets, please let me know!

Someaddedsugar · 26/09/2020 18:28

@Maddie2802 I'm sure on thread 7 there was an offer for a free cocktail instead of the gin - might be worth a look! The pasta looks incredible - having ours tonight once DS is in bed.

Bluewavescrashing · 26/09/2020 18:29

Is it Pasta Evangelists for the free gin?

TheGirlWhoLived · 26/09/2020 18:32

Mortified that my bumming is now on its own thread, I had hoped it would die a quiet death BlushGrin

Jagsy · 26/09/2020 18:34

@livingthegoodlife Hi, if you have an online account registered with John Lewis and use code MYLEGO20 it gives you 20% off, and should be free delivery I think. I checked and Great Hall Lego is in stock just now. Hope that helps you.

TheSeedsOfADream · 26/09/2020 18:34

@ClosedAuraOpenMind

I really want a pair of Celtic and Co slippers... could I justify buying them for myself on the basis I'm wfh pretty much full time (had 3 days in the office since lockdown) so not bought any work clothes or shoes recently??
Absolutely, they are wonderful. So warm and comfy. Last year I treated me and DD to a pair and they are like new. And I stuff them in the washer too! If I work out how many £5 pairs of slippers I got through, the Celtics have paid for themselves ten times over.

Today I have bought the beautiful foil jigsaw and the Wax Lyrical candle.

So far. Grin

woodwaj · 26/09/2020 18:36

@coffeeandennui the popcorn deal is HUGE if you have or know anyone with tiktok there are reviews on there. You wouldn't be topping up a cupboard you'd be filling it!

Jagsy · 26/09/2020 18:37

Sorry - it’s 20% off if spending £200 or MYLEGO15 for 15% off £85 spend. It’s my first contribution so apologies for the mistake.

gingerbeerandlemonade · 26/09/2020 18:39

If you join WHSmiths mailing list, they send you a voucher. GAP have 40% atm of full price. Code on website.

So I've just discovered Rex London.... wow! Did anyone have any codes for it or was it the sale that people were raving about? I remember it mentioned a few threads ago but can't remember why. Thanks!

Lazysundayafternoons · 26/09/2020 18:40

On Amazon, I picked up a couple of versions of monopoly, friends monopoly down from 30 to 20 (same one was 35 in my local Tesco today) and only fools and horses down from 30 to 24. It's a couple of presents sorted for ddad and dsis.

17caterpillars1mouse · 26/09/2020 18:40

@Lazysundayafternoons Smyths had some Christmas wrapping paper in today £1.50 a roll, looked nice though couldn't have a proper look as had dd with me.

Thanks for the tip about lego alpacas, picked it up yesterday, birthday present to myself lol
