@nocutsnobuttsnococonuts - the amazon gloves are quite thin but they do provide a little warmth. I walk a lot & need my fingers free but was looking at the turtle doves as wanted something better. One pair unravelled very quickly but I just wore them upside down 😂

DS will be 4 at Xmas. He loves diggers etc, but keeps breaking his. Can anyone remocmmend any sturdy ones?

Would prefer wooden, but also needs to not be babyish, so maybe wow Toys?

Also, what is normal for teacher gifts? He is at school nursery so has a teacher and lots of TAs etc.

@takemetoyourliar I work in a preschool and we have happyland diggers. They've been there at least 4 years (since I started) and been used alot!! In sand/water/mud allsorts and still in great condition.

Teachers - my easy gift which always goes down well - cellephane bag with a scratchcard and a handful of chocolates with shredded paper inside. DDs draw a picture on cut out old Christmas cards to add on as a tag. Cheap too as you can bulk buy the bags and use for other gifts too, chocolate normally goes on offer somewhere!

@TheSeedsOfADream can you share what you search for on eBay to beg the cox and cox style ribbon please? I'm failing... 🎀

What is the story with the buns do you all just keep them in your basket and keep checking, do they only drop for a few minutes ? I have them in my basket and everytime someone says the buns I check but they are still at full price, the same with those puppets.

To find the ribbon I mean. Not sure where beg came from!

@Wtfdidwedo thanks for your reply, no its not that though it was just a little handheld thing with retro type games already on it. It was only cheap about £20, there are loads on amazon but I know a few people got them last year and were pleased with them.

The buns come up at £3.08 when sold by amazon every few hours, just keep your eye on them

Don't think adding to your basket will work as don't think it's amazon who sell them at 9.99 so you won't see the price drop

Can someone explain Subscribe And Save to me? I got buns, which were cheaper on subscribe and save and I don't need them til November, but what if they are £9.99 on that day?! Do I always pay the price I nabbed them at today?

I have several other things on subscribe and save and I've never noticed if the price is different every month! Help!!
