Thanks @allatonce99 for thread title

Just a reminder you can watch the thread by clicking on ‘watch this thread’ at the top of the first message. It’s much easier for everyone than so many place marking every time which can use up a fair chunk of each thread to scroll through Thanks

@mogtheexcellent thank you, that's really helpful. They sound much nicer than Barbie but just out of my price range. Will have a look for other dolls.

greyinganddecaying · 26/09/2020 13:29

Those with paw patrol fans - there are die cast PP cars in B&M for £3.99 each.

I also saw the cookie/brownie making skillet kits for £4 each

Plus amazon are still doing 2 for £7 on selected paperback books.

Just about sorted for stocking fillers now Smile

Elskerdeg · 26/09/2020 13:30

Rumors on the internet suggesting that tomorrow Amazon will announce prime day as the 13th October.
Might be worth holding out for a bargain on the usual reduced stuff like gadgets and branded items

4Minions2CallMyOwn · 26/09/2020 13:30

@Elskerdeg

Thanks to whoever mentioned the toot toot boat at Asda. It is such a bargain at £20
Thank you! I saw your post this morning and rushed to Asda. Managed to get the last one and apparently the sale ends tomorrow so YAY! Have wanted this for ages and £20 is an amazing price Smile

Hope your little one enjoys it as much as mine will

Tiredmummyof3 · 26/09/2020 13:30

Not sure if it's been posted but Ted Baker have 20% off...just got DD a lovely makeup bag for £20....just comes off at the check out

FrolickingLemon · 26/09/2020 13:31

I'm not understanding the bun love. It's just basically this kit I usually buy for £2 with a foil tray included (which they appear to describe as a baking 'tin')

Also, jusroll fresh pastry ones from the chiller are divine.

VividImagination · 26/09/2020 13:37

@FrolickingLemon that’s the ones I usually buy but the bakedin ones look good for a gift and a gift at £3.08 is pretty good.

ShoppingBasket · 26/09/2020 13:39

I'm hoping smyths do some sort of deal, can't see why they don't do it online Hmm. If they did the 10 off 50 it would make the burrow set 80, I could cope with that! Don't envy you having to consider diagon alley 😂 I'm also looking for any star wars lego that might be on offer. For anyone in Ireland, kilkenny shop are doing 15 off 75 euro spend. Very good deal, think it ends today though!

FrolickingLemon · 26/09/2020 13:41

Ah £3.08 is ok. I saw some mentioned earlier for £3.50 without the trays. They've not shown for me at less than the daft £9.99 price. So I'll just get my Tesco or Jusroll ones as per.

I'm holding out for a nice Gingerbread House Kit.

17caterpillars1mouse · 26/09/2020 13:45

@BeGoneDom

They have a lovely barbie in b&m at the moment in a Christmas Red dress. Not sure on exact price and haven't checked website but saw in store and would of been under £15

Reastie · 26/09/2020 13:46

new thread here!

Another one looking for Attack on the Burrow and Diagon Alley. Wish I had gor Diagon when first released as it had free Brickheadz, but missed it!

17caterpillars1mouse · 26/09/2020 13:48

@BeGoneDom

Oh actually it was home bargains, can't see it on their website but they had lots of stock

SweetPeaPods · 26/09/2020 13:49

20% off figleaves with code NEW20

Friedbanana · 26/09/2020 14:04

So I bought this 500 piece foil puzzle for myself haha and it came and is literally the nicest thing ever and has really cheered me up so I thought I’d share with all you Christmas lovers! It’s £11.43 prime but £11 from another seller

most beautiful Christmas puzzle I ever did see

mogtheexcellent · 26/09/2020 14:16

Oh my that is a fab puzzle. Have bought for myself. I shall do it while drinking m&s gin and watching xmas movies on tv next week

Friedbanana · 26/09/2020 14:29

Sounds perfect @mogtheexcellent!! Also to pp who mentioned waiting for gingerbread house kit, I saw these in B&M last week- small for £2 and large for £5- think they are ready made biscuits so you just need to assemble and decorate! Was tempted to buy one as they looked really cute but I have a gingerbread house mold I’ve never had time to use so this might finally be the year with lockdown 😂

Hophop26 · 26/09/2020 14:53

@BeGoneDom you’ll definitely be fine for barbie within your £15 budget, home bargains have several sets for £14.99 at the mo so more than just a doll (our store had gymnast and puppies daycare type ones yesterday), or there was the Christmas themed one too which was about £8. Also some outfits for £1.99 but they disappear as soon as they are restocked.

CovidChristmas · 26/09/2020 15:49

@myhobbyisouting

If anyone sees bargain garden decorations/window decs please let me know!

Also creating a grotto indoors so anything grotto themed please.

And buns. I need buns. Grr

I use snowflake window stickers, they are about £5 for a pack and cover a big window and do look very Christmassy. You can go further and get Santa and his sleigh decals etc
NoWordForFluffy · 26/09/2020 16:01

@myhobbyisouting, try www.werchristmas.co.uk for outdoor decorations. They're not a bad price.

kingat · 26/09/2020 16:11

Apologies if already mentioned, asda has huge box of lego bricks (1500 pieces) for £25 and Waterstones had 30% of some lego, but couldn't see properly as they were behind the till
