Thanks @allatonce99 for thread title

Just a reminder you can watch the thread by clicking on ‘watch this thread’ at the top of the first message. It’s much easier for everyone than so many place marking every time which can use up a fair chunk of each thread to scroll through Thanks

Like this
[[www.amazingbargains.com bargain ]] but with no space after/before the brackets.

I ordered the M&S gin and then immediately got an email saying it was cancelled 🤔

WisestIsShe · 24/09/2020 15:41

Can any Irish Mumsnetters recommend a reputable shop to order an iPad for delivery to my aunt in Dublin? I'd rather not spend the money on Amazon unless I have to.

aimslou · 24/09/2020 15:42

Can anybody give me suggestions of where I can get the old fashioned large pear drops from? Also if anybody knows if smyths are doing any offers? Thanks

sorryiasked · 24/09/2020 15:42

@TheGirlWhoLived wayfair have quite a few - this one's cute

CarrotVan · 24/09/2020 15:49

Aimslou - try Sweetzy or A Quarter Of

cymrumam · 24/09/2020 15:53

I missed the gin hopefully it will reappear

GirlWithTheYellowHat · 24/09/2020 15:58

@kerosene20
Is the frother available online?

FilthyforFirth · 24/09/2020 16:00

Gutted I missed the gin Sad. I am bedbound with HG so usually on the thread all bloody day. Trust me to fall asleep at the worst possible time! Already got the clementine but want the rhubarb and defo want the free prosecco!"

Scanner20 · 24/09/2020 16:13

Missed out on the M&S gin, anyone know if this is an in store offer?

WatchoutfortheROUS · 24/09/2020 16:20

The M&S deal looks like a mistake to me, too good to be true surely?

icedaisy · 24/09/2020 16:23

I wondered that @WatchoutfortheROUS . Also I'm in Scotland and often can't get alcohol deals with minimum pricing milarky. Sil and I often pop over border before Xmas as cheaper and better offers.

Furlougheddrinker · 24/09/2020 16:28

Want to say thank you for your help on a yoto player. I bit the bullet and got one for my daughter for xmas she's going to love it! I added my referral code to the referral thread for £10 off. Feel free to pm you if you want me to send it to you also xx

hoopdeloop · 24/09/2020 16:35

I’m hoping the gin deal will be honoured! I posted in good faith and because it’s M and S, hopeful that it’s more likely to turn up than last years hampers. The money is out my account and I’ve checked my M and S account and everything looks legit. I’ve checked my emails as well and nothing to say it’s cancelled

CosmicVagina · 24/09/2020 16:42

Does Hotel Chocolat ever discount the luxury advent calendar? I see theres 15% off yours first order if you join the VIP club.

Mines is the same, order all looks ok, money out my bank etc. Fingers crossed 🤞
icedaisy · 24/09/2020 16:44

Oh absolutely @hoopdeloop and I wasn't criticising you. Just saying being in Scotland often cannot get these things and wondered if showing as a mistake for me. Sold out anyway but absolutely would have ordered it if I could have!

Onlyonce · 24/09/2020 16:45

Sorry if I've missed anything for this but does anyone have any good deals on a 12 month good housekeeping subscription? Thanks!

lotusbell · 24/09/2020 16:49

20% off at Cox and Cox. Says first order so don't know if it will work if you already have an account with them, worth a try!

pasinphoebe · 24/09/2020 16:55

Any codes or even just any thoughts / experience with wayfair anyone?
I’m after a small bookcase but never used them before
@FilthyforFirth I hope your HG eases .. it really is the worst Flowers

BadgerFace · 24/09/2020 16:56

DH went to M&S yesterday so I asked him to buy the clementine gin. He came home saying it was there but he didn’t as it was gin liqueur rather than gin...

I’d have tried gin liquor for the pretty bottle!

FilthyforFirth · 24/09/2020 16:59

Thanks @pasinphoebe, 8 weeks to go.

I have used Wayfair several times, inclduing an expensive large bookcase. They are legit and great stuff. They have a big sale on today.

pasinphoebe · 24/09/2020 17:03

Thank you @FilthyforFirth - I really wish there was a like button on here as I always feel I want to say thank you but equally feel bad for clogging up the thread with nothing-y posts Blush off to browse wayfair

SalmonEile · 24/09/2020 17:06

@wtfdidwedo I got my daughter some press button lights from primark. They were £2.50 for 2, are battery operated and v bright! Also got fairy lights from there for £3ish. Little heart ones with red bulbs. Hers are also under a mid sleeper, gives lots of light to play!
