To those saying their UNO Cards are fine, mine are definitely not. Maybe I just got a dodgy pack but they’re so obviously fake. We’ve had many incarnations of UNO over the years and these are blurry, muted, and awful. Maybe it’s just a bit of a lottery which ones you’ll get. Fingers crossed for you all

I had some cheap and obviously (to me) fake UNO cards from Amazon last year. They were for presents and as I already had a real pack the difference in quality was easily seen. I reported them as fake to Amazon - their response was to say they were not fake they were the Indian version or something they did give me some money back though as far as I remember and I got to keep the shit cards!

These do say they’ve got Spanish instructions. For £2 I’m not crying myself to sleep, just wanted to give others a heads up.

@IceCreamAndCandyfloss when did you order with WHSmith? I had a dispatch email from them on 8 September but still haven’t received it. I’ve just emailed them to chase it up.

@tentative3 all Fortnums food is just amazing. I do a big Christmas shop every year, I used to go in store but carrying it all home on the tube followed by a steep uphill walk (meaning I'd pay for a taxi) drove me to just ordering online for delivery instead. I second the mince pies recommendation, my family love them but the dates are short so order for delivery a week before Christmas. Tins of biscuits, the chocolates, jars of nuts (hikory smoked ones OMG!) and the preserves are a big hit with my family too.

My WH Smith order arrived. Very fast and I'm so pleased getting the 10%off and free delivery. Bonus, got a complimentary chocolate bar too.

No free chocolate bar here, but I have had a solid 6 hours of peace and quiet while DD played with the busy book I bought her (or I would've had if DS wasn't so bloody whingey today).

@MummaPI I've always just placed my order at the beginning of December (first week) for delivery a week or 2 later. You can choose a specific delivery date but not sure how far in advance you can book. I personally tend to wait until December to place my order, I sometimes get an offer on my AMEX card for Fortnums plus the avios reward via the BA e-store is increased (I collect frequent flyer points).
