Thanks @sorryiasked for thread title

Just a reminder you can watch the thread by clicking on ‘watch this thread’ at the top of the first message. It’s much easier for everyone than so many place marking every time which can use up a fair chunk of each thread to scroll through Thanks

Thank you!

FireflyGirl · 05/09/2020 10:11

@Chocolatecake12 it's still showing as £3 for me, says it ends 08.09.

Have you put in the code - LOVEMAGNET?

Birdladybird · 05/09/2020 10:34

Thanks for the magnet code. Just got 4 sets plus airmail to France for £16! Bargain!

sporkle · 05/09/2020 10:38

Did anyone else order a mystery box from Hype? Bought 2 but only 1 has arrived and half the items are girls (in a boys box) Angry I seem to remember the description had some disclaimer and not being about to exchange individual items. Balls.

Someaddedsugar · 05/09/2020 10:51

@HoldingForGeneralHugs thank you! That's exactly what I was looking for!!

Louloubaba · 05/09/2020 11:15

Love these threads - have lurked for a few years and have been so grateful not just for the bargains but the amazing suggestions too! So far I've bought the scarves and wrapping paper from Cox and Cox.

La redoute have good discounts on Converse for adults and kids - 25-30%:

runningpink · 05/09/2020 11:42

Sainsburys online have some stuff on sale like candles, electrical products, towels etc not overly Christmassy but might be handy for a bargain

Chocolatecake12 · 05/09/2020 11:47

@FireflyGirl thank you! I had clicked on the offer for £3 for the magnets, uploaded my photos and then put in the extra offer that @boobybum had posted but that didn’t work. - then it was showing they were £11.99 and I couldn’t seem to change it back, so thank you! All ordered and looking forward to seeing them Smile

HoldingForGeneralHugs · 05/09/2020 12:07

@Someaddedsugar your welcome 😊 im glad i was able to help!

runningpink · 05/09/2020 12:26

Can anyone recommend any sewing, knitting, cross stitch kits for children?
For a couple of 8 year olds and a 4 year old. budget around £10.

Dolphintrainer · 05/09/2020 12:31

@Someaddedsugar If you have a TK Maxx near you, I went in yesterday and they had a boxed set of 3 bath bombs for £2.99, some sets were NASA and some were Jurassic. I bought some for my DS. You may find them in Home Sense too.

Someaddedsugar · 05/09/2020 12:32

@Dolphintrainer thank you! I'll have a look in our local one this week!

InglouriousBasterd · 05/09/2020 12:32

Whoever recommended the Kukubird leggings - thank you!! What an absolutely bargain. Arrived quickly and they’re absolutely lovely. And £6.99 for two pairs delivered!!

Redwinestillfine · 05/09/2020 12:53

@IngloriousBasterd what size are they? I am looking at the unicorn ones but they don't seem to have sizes as such....

lotusbell · 05/09/2020 13:01

@Redwinestillfine, scroll right down, there's a sizing chart

DoctorYang · 05/09/2020 13:09

My Hype lucky dip order just arrived, quite pleased with it. It had a space backpack, black pencil case, green beanie hat, 2 pairs of shorts and 4 t-shirts, all in designs that my13 year old DS will wear.

Oh, just realised it should have had 10 items in it? I'm one short.

TheSeedsOfADream · 05/09/2020 13:11

Look fantastic 30% off lots of stuff + 20% Quidco cashback, flash offer until 6pm.

Gracesquirrel · 05/09/2020 13:27

Thank you for the magnet code - just ordered 4 sets which nicely finish off 4 different peoples presents! I am now 95% done with my Xmas shopping :)

LazyDaisy10 · 05/09/2020 13:36

@runningpink i bought my 5 year old first sewing kit by galt on amazon. It's for Christmas so haven't used it but has some good reviews its £10

Birdladybird · 05/09/2020 13:57

Does anyone know if the Echo Dot was a one day offer? I can’t find it now, gutted I missed it!!

Riddikulusness · 05/09/2020 14:06

Louloubaba
Thank you! Just ordered two pairs of much needed, bargainous Converse from La Redoute for dds. If you open a credit account you get an extra 10% off too with the code ‘PAYLATER’ even if you still decide to pay off the full amount.
Unfortunately I clicked back as I remembered something else I needed and it took the extra 10% discount away again Angry, so just make sure you’re ready to checkout.

noodledoodler · 05/09/2020 14:19

My PFF arrived from Lisa Angel today, sadly I ordered the wrong colour mittens to go with it 😩, the rest of the stuff is fab though, the mirror compacts are such good quality and bargain at 80p each.

Chocolateteabag · 05/09/2020 14:32

@runningpink

The Works have a knitting kit on half price at £5 - plus they often do 2 for £10 offers on various kits. I've had crochet and needle felting kits from them before which make good presents

Otherwise Hobbycraft also have different craft kits (including the Galt one @LazyDaisy10 has mentioned - also £10 at the mo)

Both Hobbycraft and The Works are on Topcashback and if you are on Hobbycraft's mailing list you'll get discount emails (maybe a sign up offer too)

runningpink · 05/09/2020 14:35

@LazyDaisy10 is it this one?
If so the 4 year old has already done some from this kit. Looking for something woth fabric rather than the foam this time round. Thanks for your suggestion though.

Not for everyone.
But my daughter has requested a blackhead remover vacuum for Christmas preferably with a camera. (This has a 5mp one)
I just found this one prime £26.99 but had a 50% off voucher too! Making it £13.49 delivered!
