Title inspired by the sweltering heat today but I’m still planing Christmas!!!

Thank you to chips for keeping the seat warm for me.

Just a reminder you can watch the thread by clicking on ‘watch this thread’ at the top of the first message. It’s much easier for everyone than so many place marking every time which can use up a fair chunk of each thread to scroll through Thanks

Here’s Barbarara’s instructions from last year on doing clicky links:

Name of link

Close double square brackets

Like this
[[www.amazingbargains.com bargain ]] but with no space after/before the brackets.
If I do it again without the extra spaces only the word bargain will appear in blue

For more links etc see message 2

If any link doesn’t work or you want to add something please let me know by @ing me Thanks

@Luxplus Amazon have some called Giotto Stilnovo Skintones Colouring Pencils -Set of 12 Pencils which look quite good. They're about £5. Sorry, cant link on my phone.

SteveHarringtonsHair · 07/08/2020 19:07

Love browsing the Christmas bargain threads although I don’t always post.
I had a code from Fragrance Direct for 20% off which lasts until tomorrow. The code is Take20 for anyone who doesn’t like clicking links.

SteveHarringtonsHair · 07/08/2020 19:08

That’s the Fragrance Shop sorry not Fragrance Direct Blush

Wtfdidwedo · 07/08/2020 19:11

Real Coffee Bag have just sent through a code (30%EXTRA) to get (you guessed it!) 30% extra with any order this weekend. They were quite popular last year for small gifts/hampers. Lottie Dolls also have 20% off an £80 spend.

Hophop26 · 07/08/2020 19:17

Thanks for the replies on outdoor toys, it would tick so many boxes if we go with that (and avoid the number of new plastic toys in the house!) so will give it serious consideration now

SodOffCovid · 07/08/2020 19:39

Does anyone ever shop at body shop? I wondered if the offers in store are the same as those online? I'd like a few bits and I'm weighing up doing an order or waiting to pop in. Thanks 🙂

FilthyforFirth · 07/08/2020 20:13

Yay for the first @reastie thread! Been out most of the day and am now paying for it. 6 months pregnant but look and feel ready to drop! Am going to have a mooch back through now.

My offering is Ollie and Nic still got a good sale on, 60% off. I absolutely love my two bags I got earlier.

Thanks Reastie, great to be back - here we go again! So exciting.

Nearlyadoctor · 07/08/2020 20:28

@Luxplus - top model definitely used to do skin tone coloured pencils.

Bluewavescrashing · 07/08/2020 20:43

I loved Ollie & Nic bags last year. I did 2 orders as I liked the gifts I bought so much that I then bought 2 bags for myself!

NightOwl19 · 07/08/2020 20:45

Thanks for the new thread reastie

I've also got student discount codes if there of use to anyone

torthecatlady · 07/08/2020 21:01

I also love the Ollie & Nic bags, I have 2 in a backpack style and they're so comfortable, hard wearing and look smart too. Must refrain from buying more this year Grin

FilthyforFirth · 07/08/2020 21:04

Haha let me tempt you to the dark side ladies! I did get one for my mum for Christmas but the tan backpack I ordered for myself is so nice. I love it!

dementedma · 07/08/2020 21:07

I got the Hygge bands last year and the dcs( male and female) loved them. Even better this year for use as face coverings so have ordered again. Its really a very good deal

tankflybos · 07/08/2020 21:32

Thanks for the Lisa angel link. I was surprised to get a fiver back on Amex shop small! Great deal

tinyradish · 07/08/2020 22:33

@SodOffCovid no the body shop offers are not the same online as I'm store! I've made this mistake before. I always find you can get much better deals online.

ScorpioSphinxInACalicoDress · 07/08/2020 22:41

Definitely Body Shop online! Always loads of extra discounts.
L'Occitane is the same.

JacktomyDaniel · 07/08/2020 22:42

I'm excited by this! Just used entertainer, smiggle and Lisa angel

SodOffCovid · 07/08/2020 22:59

@ScorpioSphinxInACalicoDress and @tinyradish thanks! They have £5 off and free del atm so I will take a look online thanks

Givealittlebit · 08/08/2020 03:07

Woohoo first officially thread! Thanks Reastie, and thanks chips and pink for the interim ones.
These threads are so handy to browse when up with the baby at night (for an hour and a half so far...for no apparent reason...)

superstar84 · 08/08/2020 08:03

Our Lego duplo arrived this morning, so pleased with it!

It's back on amazon but for £18.75, still a good deal though just not as good as the £11.75

Queenfreak · 08/08/2020 08:51

If anyone sees deals for PJ masks vehicles etc please give a shout!
Its pj masks, playmobil and sodding barbies here. I'm hoping to delay barbie for another year or so though
