Thank you @luckiestgirl for the title which came from her post which I’ve copied below

‘I twitched on the moles.
And the Clinique
And at body shop (30% off)
And at love honey (I got £20 off)
And I’ve somehow bought an 8 foot Christmas tree.
And lights
And a TV.
And a fitness tracker.
And stocking fillers for the kids.

Oh god, stop me now please‘

@BedTimeAt8 there are some good deals at IWOOT in their home section which are 50% off with code IW50 if you're after novelty gifts?

imsorryiasked · 05/12/2019 21:02

@Sixp don't know which one you were looking at but this seems to be a bargain.

Courtney555 · 05/12/2019 21:09

@Reastie

GodReastieMerryGentlemen ...?

totallyLosingIt · 05/12/2019 21:32

My daughter is after a Ballerina Dreamer doll for Christmas, but they are full RRP (or near enough) everywhere. If anyone spots it cheaper can you please tag me? Starting to panic but trying to calm myself that there are still almost 3 weeks to find a bargain one!

NotReve · 05/12/2019 21:44

@deeplybaffled I just signed up as an individual but it’s just an email address and password so you could maybe use your email and a separate password and pass that on? I think the one that’s an actual gift subscription is a link that gets emailed or you could pass on Smile

imsorryiasked · 05/12/2019 21:48

@totallyLosingIt might be able to get this one?

BunnyBerries · 05/12/2019 21:53

These arrived and are just stunning. These are a beautiful gift set and usually about £10 per mug, so this set of four is a bargain. Someone could use for secret Santas, or put one in everyone's stocking! (Or keep for yourself, ahem Grin)

@BedTimeAt8 might suit you too?

eCookshop (ie Dawson's) or also via Amazon @ £23 free delivery
Royal Worcester Wrendale Christmas Set of Four Mugs https://www.amazon.co.uk/dp/B07JMM95LY/ref=cmswwrcppapiii_dLx6Db2PECV43

(A set of four similar with an added tea towel is currently £47 at Argos! Shock)

Looking for some advice and hopefully a bargain on some hair chalks? DD is a 12 year old brunette.

Carrie76 · 05/12/2019 22:00

My 4yr old dd wrote her Santa letter in September she hasn’t wavered at any stage so shopping is done. She’s now telling anyone who asks that she wants a remote control Santa! Help, has anyone seen one?

Winterwarmer21 · 05/12/2019 22:23

I was real life shopping tonight and seen this where’s wally Santa edition book.

I was going to buy it for my 8 year old Xmas eve box as my 3 year old has a Xmas sticker book but it’s too young for him. It was £5 in the works and did a quick google and it’s £3.35 with prime on amazon.

gaggiagirl · 05/12/2019 22:27

snappydragon1 home bargains had hair chalks under a pound each I think. My ginger DD used the pink one and it d it had great staying power.

keeganface · 05/12/2019 22:31

I would check the reviews for Iwoot before ordering from them. I ordered a Christmas jumper on 29/11 and not dispatched yet. Looking at reviews I'm not the only one. Only way to contact is via Twitter and they can't give me an estimated delivery date. Appalling customer service.

Carrie76 · 05/12/2019 22:32

Fantastic, thank you @imsorryiasked I can’t believe I’m buying a flying Santa Grin

desperatelyseekingcaffeine · 05/12/2019 22:33

Really good max factor offers at boots online. Spend £15 and get a make up palatte, lipstick and liner free, but also links to generic £15 make up spend free gift, so a free CYO lipstick too.

Purpleheadgirl · 05/12/2019 22:40

@Notlongnow1 probably need some supervision but there is a pottery wheel that works with air drying clay...? Pottery studio. Comes with tools and few paints O think and some circles of rolled out clay. Can buy more circles or slabs of the air drying clay for about £3-4 in works etc, and maybe put few better paints, brushes etc with it.

Ginxed · 05/12/2019 22:48

For the poster asking about photo gifts, I ordered calendars from Vistaprint. When they arrived I was disappointed to find the pictures were blurry, until Mr Gin suggested I put my glasses on. The photos were actually crystal clear, the problem was with my vision Blush

Notlongnow1 · 05/12/2019 22:49

Thanks. He actually got one for his birthday and it was soooo bad. He was gutted! Barely moved once you had the weight of the clay on it (despite the £10 it cost me in batteries!) which was really frustrating.

deeplybaffled · 05/12/2019 22:57

@NotReve, thank you!

Reluctantbettlynch · 05/12/2019 23:10

@keeganface I spoke to iwoot on chat on their website? Most helpful... advised regarding dispatch, one parcel received and one to follow

DelurkingAJ · 05/12/2019 23:13

I had a disaster a few years ago with a Boots photo iPhone case. The photo was a cardboard cutout stuck on askew from a cheap plastic case. So I would avoid like the plague. Photobox on the other hand have been consistently lovely.

Diddledoodledoo · 05/12/2019 23:14

Looking for the lego Hogwarts and mindstorms... any idea of the cheapest price? Missed argos deal Sad

Only just starting this year and beginning to slightly panic! Depression and a really hard few months means I just haven't wanted to think about it.

Not sure it’s been posted, but Clinton Cards has 30-50% off sets (advent calendars?) of Yankee candle votives. I saw them in store.

BlueSkyAtChristmas · 06/12/2019 00:04

That amazing latest in beauty box (£60 worth over £400) - the one with the Huda palette - has already sold out Sad I’m not surprised!

Please keep posting any good deals on beauty boxes
