New month coincides with the need for a new thread!

The last one kept us going for over 2 months, so let's see how we do this time!

If it were me, 70, I'd pop them in the utility room as it's quite cool. Though Mrs' suggestion will also work, if you don't have a suitably cool room (Victorian houses are good for something!).

I was meant to finish Snowdog tonight, but had 2kg of strawberries from the garden so have had to make jam before they go over! Snowdog tomorrow night. 😂

It's rather humid here right now and is apparently our last day of rain for a while (typical as I have 2 more water butts coming soon!).

I'm a bit tired today. I only got a brief sit down before bed because of making jam. We have loads of jam!

Am off to the Dr for me today re my back and leg pain. I am going to ask for the xray results and for an mri scan . I have given long enough l think and if we don't ask we don't get 😁

DD has opened her presents, is scoffing a plate of pancakes and planning her day .

Love the jam picture , my DMum used to make raspberry jam when I was a child (she had loads of raspberry canes) lovely fresh flavour but the raspberries don't have the pectin level of other fruits so it was soft. (You can use Jam Sugar , apple and lemon juice but she didn't)

We had rin overnight and came downstairs to find that our cars had found,opened and helped themselves to their biscuits and not even hidden the evidence . It was blatently left on the floor ..... I don't think they ate many , though Cheeky Blighters !

Fluffy marvelous haul on the strawberries well done on making the jam too you brilliant gel! 😀

Dr is sending me for an MRI. Thank God 🙏 my hip x-rays were normal . Have prescribed me tramadol and more Zacin continue on the gabapentin but l don't think it is doing anything 🙄

OMG I just looked at the Harry Potter Advent Calendar @sideorderofchips and it looks bloody brilliant! Every year I get DH the Lego Star Wars calendar and he never opens it! (Because "mint in box" ) Well this year I am getting this AND opening it!

I'm still voice-less so I came home from work early today. I haven't achieved very much except tea and lazing around crocheting. I'm currently having a cwtch with the dogs on the sofa, listening to a Christmas album (using headphones so DH doesn't think I'm nuts) and making a preliminary Christmas present ideas list 🎅🏻

It's started gloomy today, but I'm sure it'll perk up. This seems to be how it goes at the moment.

Our washing is almost dry after hanging it out yesterday evening, so that's a win!

I feel like I need to hunt for another Christmas recipe book after all this Delia talk! 😂
