New month coincides with the need for a new thread!

The last one kept us going for over 2 months, so let's see how we do this time!

Mouth is all back to normal and I'm in work putting on my best 'I'm busy but I'm not panicking' face because I'm this close > < to drowning 🙄

On the plus side, the weather was grey and miserable this morning so it felt wintery which I enjoy much more than hay fever inducing sunshine

I'm glad your tooth has settled, Crazy. DH looks like a hamster right now due to an infection and has to go back to the dentist tomorrow once the antibiotics prescribed yesterday have had some effect to assess the next steps (it's a broken filling which started the problem).

It chucked it down overnight, but is lovely and sunny now so we've put a load of washing on! I need to get to the allotment to put fleece on a few things due to cold weather being forecast. We're sticking our spuds in the shed to protect them!

Mrs will hopefully be back soon. It's not for me to tell you what's going on, but I'm hoping she'll be able to come back shortly. I don't know about Wheelie. I've been thinking about her too. I know there were issues with her tube, but I hope she's OK.

Morning! DD left for her reading booster at 7.30, took DS2 to the doctor who thinks he's got a virus, then school. Just had eggs and bacon, a banana and a large Easter egg hot chocolate. 😋🍳🍌🍫

Another busy day here, but a productive one. Both at work, and otherwise. I started back to yoga at lunch (weekly class in the basement at work), towels are in the wash, my bed is actually made! and kitchen is not a total disgrace (I didn't wash up last night's bits as only a couple, but everything else is tidied and dishwasher stacked, I'll wash up with tonight's bits tonight before DH gets home).

Off to chase down a couple of phonecalls and then hopefully get some things done in the last day of peace before others on my team get back to the office (away for holidays and work).

Crazy I too want to get the Christmas shopping done as early as pos and spend more time with the DC..I better start planning now.

I'm here! My life has gone a bit crazy! I had my GJ turned into a G tube. I'm waiting for a surgery consult to get a J tube done directly. I had blood work done today for an upper scope I'm getting Friday.

I've started my Christmas shopping!

It's been a long few days here. I had a small procedure done yesterday. I was supposed to go down to theatre at 1pm but didn't go until after 5. But hey ho, it's o we and done with now.

Dc needed new shoes again, so had to drag myself into town to go to Clarks.

I hate shoe shopping for my kids! It always is a mess.

Trying to get my surgery consult is ending up so weird. They called today to schedule my surgery without giving me a consult first! I was like 'But I can't get this surgery yet! I know nothing about it!' What a mess. Still don't have it scheduled. Someone is supposed to call me tomorrow

Wheelie, that sounds like the left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing. I hope you get it sorted soon!

It chucked it down again overnight and has gone cold today, so it's back to wearing woolly stuff. There wasn't a frost, thankfully, but I'll keep everything protected until the risk has passed. We don't often get frost here as we're coastal.

I have a nurse appointment this morning, to get a sick note to say I can work from home but not get into the office so work will send me the equipment I need.

Afternoon!

Busy morning as I had a mini MN meet up with someone I discovered lives very near to me! Back home for lunch now. 😁

Very cold here with the north wind; thankfully it's shifting round from tomorrow, I think.

It was the Easter bonnet parade at school today, bucketing down so they paraded past us in the lunch hall. Usually they go round the school and past the sheltered housing. Had a sausage baguette, a banana and a large Easter egg hot chocolate today. Picked DS2 up at 1.30. 😋🍌🍫

According to my (at times very dodgy) maths we are 100 days after Christmas. We had a thundery hailstorm last night and the ground was carpeted in frozen hailstones this morning.

of your mini MN meet up Fluffy. I've met a couple of local MNers a couple of times and met with some MNers at a craft exhibition a few years ago.

Are you away over Easter, Woolly? We're down next weekend if you're around for a mini-meet?!

DS2 crashed out on the sofa, had chicken korma for supper, DD will go to bed at 8.20. 😴😋🍛😴

The weekend of the 12/13/14? I'm here but out on the evening of 13th for a birthday do.

I kind of love the idea of a mini mn meet up but I'd also be so scared - I've posted on here about issues I don't talk to my RL friends about.

I've had a mad day - we had big heavy hailstones yesterday. Today I woke up to snow but I managed to get to work and ended up being dragged into meeting after meeting. I couldn't wait to leave so left dead on 6 (was my turn to be on the 6pm finish).

Since coming home I've finished a crochet project (obligatory pic attached), bathed the dogs and done some washing 👍🏻

Crazy if you are ever in the East Midlands I would love to meet for a cup of tea and a crochet. I have the memory of a goldfish damn you menopause so I wouldn't worry that I would dredge up something that you had posted about.

Busy day today as I was on housework and packing detail as we're house / cat sitting in the Lakes. It's amazing what's possible with one arm really!

Hopefully the weather brightens up now; it's forecast to be dry but you never know up this way!

The weather was gorgeous today. We did a 4.5 mile walk which was lovely.

Tomorrow I'm not sure what we're doing. DS wants to go to Wray Castle, but it's not as good as it used to be before they did it up, so we aren't keen.
