Thought I’d do a ‘how to’ for a couple of things people often post about not being sure of

To do click links you do this put link in here then a space then the name or phrase you want to go with the link . Don’t put a space between the start of the link and the and then last word and the like I have or it won’t work but I had to to demonstrate.

woodwaj how about a paw patrol car with pup? Could probably get 2 for £15. My dd loves them (she's 6 now) Or a couple of busy books? There's a Spider-Man one you get a book, playmat and 12 figures for around £6. Dds have loads of them (played with since 2ish and still loved at 10 and 6 Just different characters!) You can get Disney films, superheroes, blaze, paw PATROL. Or if he doesn't have one a click clack track - the 2-4 year olds at the preschool I work at love them and spend ages playing with them!!

iggi Amazon have sonic, shadow and eggman funko pop vinyl for around £12 each.

Oh I know nocuts it looks like they do but the egg man will arrive post Christmas and the sonic is out of stock. Argos claim to have them too but it’s a blind set and the one you get has no recognisable characters. About to start wrapping perhaps it will all look better than I think..

I haven’t managed to find a barbie remote control car but I’ve found a bratz one. Does anyone have this by any chance Adams know whether it would a fit a barbie as they’re a bit bigger than bratz dolls aren’t they?

beautician if the original lookout no it's absolute crap. Falls over constantly and despite dd being gentle fell apart lots, she got v frustrated and didn't play with it much. The paw patroller and jungle truck however still loved 3 years later and look new despite being played with loads. (The jungle one was on offer in the entertainer a few weeks ago)

jammie haven't seen the confetti pop around, I'm in a few shops today but it's centre of town so not sure I will find them. However I'm pretty sure I bought dd one which I'm happy to send you for price I paid (I got all different types as she's asked for lol dolls and not had any before so won't care about which ones) pm me and I will dig it out tomorrow or Monday and send you a photo then can post 1st class so you get it in time :)

My dd1 had bratz when they first came out and I’m almost positive she used to play with the Barbie and bratz sets together, the bratz had bigger feet and heads than the Barbies, but Im sure barbies would fit in a bratz car.

Oh nocuts you are an absolute sweetheart, thank you so much, I do appreciate you checking! I wouldn’t feel right taking one off your dd though. I opened the ones from amazon today and I’m glad I never gave them to dd as I’m positive they’re actually fakes! Lots of bits missing and paint coming off so they’ve gone in the bin, my mum managed to get dd one of the confetti pets so that will just have to do

If anyone is looking for a cheapish extra present for a girl or woman that looks fairly sizeable but us cheap, I can recommend this cracker from Bomb Cosmetics at Amazon. The packaging makes it look much more impressive than I thought and its a good price as the individual bath bombs cost around 3 pounds each.

Have just finished wrapping as had a child free day. Stuff never looks as big wrapped And one child looks like they have something bigger than another, though they’ve cost roughly the same. Feeling giant pointless twitches coming on

@Jammiebammie there is a Tesco near me that sells confetti pops still - at least they had them a few weeks ago. I can't guarantee that I will be there in time as it's kind of out of my way but if I do go through I'll send you a pm. They were £11 each when I saw them.

BeauticianNotMagician81 we have that one, my two boys are hooligans and yet we never had a problem with it. It’s robust, still an over priced piece of plastic, but I have a feeling that’s the same with most ‘branded toys’. I’d definitely buy it again, they like it a lot, and so do lots of their friends.

I was so happy with my Lands End sheepskin slippers that I have now got myself some sheepskin insoles. Now I have to wait 10 days to wear them!
