Thought I’d do a ‘how to’ for a couple of things people often post about not being sure of

To do click links you do this put link in here then a space then the name or phrase you want to go with the link . Don’t put a space between the start of the link and the and then last word and the like I have or it won’t work but I had to to demonstrate.

To follow the thread without using up a post to mark place you can click on ‘watch this thread’ at the top of the first post.

No affiliate links please.

Referral thread here

Second message has a few links and info which I’ll slowly build up, let me k ow if there’s anything you’d like me to add to it Thanks

Twitched on the lands end fleece - how long did they take to arrive please ?

fairiesandelves · 15/12/2018 19:07

Blanket I mean

BeauticianNotMagician81 · 15/12/2018 19:12

Does anyone know how you claim your free gift when someone uses your referral code on elemis I have a code they sent me but can't figure out how to claim it

Drummingisfun · 15/12/2018 19:35

Is there a free delivery code for landsend please? I don't really want to pay delivery on a order of less than a tenner.

Drummingisfun · 15/12/2018 19:37

I can't make the celtic code work, am I missing something? It says sorry code is invalid or has expired.

trixymalixy · 15/12/2018 20:04

You need to make a purchase to get the elemis free gift. It also means you can’t use any other code with it as the referral code goes in the discount code box. I didn’t bother claiming mine.

I've just seen the Lego Friends Heartlake Hospital at John Lewis for £56.49 - the lowest it's ever been on Amazon is £51 I think...(currently about £78, so a nice saving!)
www.johnlewis.com/lego-friends-41318-heartlake-hospital/p3240596?searchTerm=Lego+friends+hospital
DD is going to be SO happy, she's been after it for ages but it was always too expensive! Hope this helps someone else with a Lego fan to buy for 😊

margaritasbythesea · 15/12/2018 20:40

I didn't have to do anything special Drummingisfun. I just put it in the box.

starryeyedsnowgirl · 15/12/2018 20:42

@ZIGGY911 I think the offer you had was publicised as vodaphone having an error with credit checks. They apologised for the mistake and offered to give anyone the deal who should have been eligible if they contacted them.

see here is it worth contacting them to get them to sort it for you?

PurpleTigerLove · 15/12/2018 21:25

Laser x two gun pack are £15 on amazon . Like a nerf gun apparently.

ZIGGY911 · 15/12/2018 21:25

Thank you starryeyedsnowgirl, Ill get my husband to call and recheck. They offered me an alternative deal, which was not as good but still ok.

Vicious2018 · 15/12/2018 21:40

I have been follow the heart lake hospital Lego set for a while. We got dd the City resort for Xmas but I will keep on following if it gets any cheaper.

Asj0405 · 15/12/2018 22:11

Just noticed this Kidcraft Cinderella big dolls house. It says £124.99 but if you scroll down and go to

new (6) from 71.23

it is also sold by Amazon for £71.23 which according to camel camel camel is the lowest ever price. Looks a really good size

choccybiscuit · 15/12/2018 22:13

Dd has £30 from MIL to spend on a present, she loves Lego friends so I want to buy the biggest set I can for £30 ish. She'd like the friendship house or pet centre. I just don't ant to buy a small set which she won't play with. If anyone happens to come across a big set please let me know

Carrie76 · 15/12/2018 22:53

@PurpleTigerLove have you a link to laser x?

Carrie76 · 15/12/2018 22:53

Cancel that just found it!

WheresTheCoffee · 15/12/2018 23:37

Have I missed a code for Lands End please? DS would love a camp blanket!

Notlongnow1 · 15/12/2018 23:55

@WheresTheCoffee not missed it! It's this one if you add code MERRY50 at checkout it brings it down to £6.25

WheresTheCoffee · 15/12/2018 23:56

Thanks Notlong I'll have a look Grin

BookMeOnTheSudExpress · 16/12/2018 07:34

Lands End order done. Added a monogrammed wine stopper thingy for dh who so far has an electric toothbrush only. Hmm.
Thank you for the code, I'd never looked at lands end before, some lovely stuff.

fleshmarketclose · 16/12/2018 08:07

Thank you for the Land's End code, bought blankets for ds and dd. Bought from there before and quality has always been good.

Can now reveal why I’ve been feeling so rough and absent so much from the thread, I’m pg! Suffering greatly from the godawful pg nausea (had this last time) which has made me bed and sofa bound for the last few months. Christmas is going to be viewed from a mainly reclining and trying desperately to find something I can stomach. I’m so glad I got Christmas mostly wrapped up I’m September or I’m not sure how I would have managed. Hoping for some good sales finds to stash for next year.

Help! Please!

I need ideas for 2x 22yo men and 2x 22yo women (men each go out with one of the women so although I’d rather not do joint gifts, it’s possible) for as cheap as possible.

The men had Nando’s vouchers and women cinema vouchers (each £25...idea being they could go out on a date night!) but they were in my stolen purse so I need to replace with an absolute max budget of £60 for all 4. Please help!
