Thought I’d do a ‘how to’ for a couple of things people often post about not being sure of

To do click links you do this put link in here then a space then the name or phrase you want to go with the link . Don’t put a space between the start of the link and the and then last word and the like I have or it won’t work but I had to to demonstrate.

To follow the thread without using up a post to mark place you can click on ‘watch this thread’ at the top of the first post.

No affiliate links please.

Referral thread here

Second message has a few links and info which I’ll slowly build up, let me k ow if there’s anything you’d like me to add to it [thanks

Hi does anyone know where I can get 100% wool socks from. The ones I found say their 100% but then in the description it will say 87%. Thanks.

Asj0405 · 09/12/2018 11:12

margaritasbythesea · 09/12/2018 11:13

imsorryiasked - thanks. She does like that one bit it's out of stock now. I've found a strawberry at the range. Maybe that will do.

OhRex · 09/12/2018 11:20

4 year old has requested a 'robot dog' - anyone bought one previously and can recommend??? Bargainitious a bonus!! When pressed on what he required robot dog to do, he declared: fly and glow in the dark....... bit ambitious methinks!

@sunshineNdaiies for Christmas Eve box Asda had cardboard boxes in for £3. Large sized just like the wooden ones. Would definitely get pjs etc in. Apologies if someone else has already said.

Catanddogmake6 · 09/12/2018 12:07

Sorry that should have said they were decorated and said they were Christmas Eve boxes. Not just plain old boxes. More caffeine needed.

sunshineNdaisies · 09/12/2018 12:10

what aisle are the xmas boxes in asda then? going food shopping later so can have a look then

Catanddogmake6 · 09/12/2018 12:22

The one I went to they had a huge display as you walked in. Next to the gnomes. Would be in the Christmas section if not there I’d guess.

Anyone has any experience with Nespresso machines? We have a tassimo that’s on its last legs and DH would like a new machine. I’ve heard nespresso is better but there are lots of versions out there....

andadietcoke · 09/12/2018 17:01

I love my nespresso machines. Across the house / caravan / office I have 4 - three standard pod and one vertuo. What do you want to know?

NaturalBlondeYeahRight · 09/12/2018 17:06

Well they range from 90 to 200 ish- I presume they basically do the same job or do some do more? Also, I’ve heard that you can buy pods that aren’t nespresso -true?
DH mostly drinks Americano type coffee and espresso. Kids quite like fancy coffees - are all tastes catered for?

MrsGannicus · 09/12/2018 17:36

I'm sure this has been mentioned back on another thread, but could someone let me know a good place to get DIY hampers that I can fill with food/wine?
