Thought I’d do a ‘how to’ for a couple of things people often post about not being sure of

To do click links you do this put link in here then a space then the name or phrase you want to go with the link . Don’t put a space between the start of the link and the and then last word and the like I have or it won’t work but I had to to demonstrate.

To follow the thread without using up a post to mark place you can click on ‘watch this thread’ at the top of the first post.

Second message has a few links and info which I’ll slowly build up, let me k ow if there’s anything you’d like me to add to it Thanks

Just bought this cheese making kit £20 on amazon thought would make a fun present for my friend who loves everything cheesy Smile

thaegumathteth · 12/10/2018 11:06

Amazon has quite a few of the garmin vivofit watches reduced to £59.99. Dd has the Minnie Mouse one and it is good - can wear if swimming and doesn’t need charged.

thesoo · 12/10/2018 11:11

I have a one off L'Occitane code for £10 off a £60 spend or £20 off £100 if anyone could use it.

Christmascookiesmmmm · 12/10/2018 11:58

Hmm earlier in the thread I was thinking that good house keeping might come out with a different free gift with their 6 issues for £10, but now I’m wondering is it just one gift per year? I really love getting the Christmas issue so don’t want to miss out because I’m waiting for a better gift!!

ismellsnow · 12/10/2018 12:39

Dobbies have 20% off their Christmas range in store until Sunday 14 October

ClosedAuraOpenMind · 12/10/2018 12:59

firebox have 15% off when you spend £50, excluding personalised items

Strawberryfield12 · 12/10/2018 13:05

Not particularly a bargain, although for what it is, I think, the price is really good. I kept seeing design t-shirt advert from Kaft on Facebook feed until I decided to order a t-shirt and sweatshirt for presents. The seller is based in Turkey, but delivery was very fast, customs fees included in the price of the product. The quality of the tops looks good, nicely packaged, although I don't know how they will wash. With the t-shirt came a bookmark with the same design as on the shirt and the message behind the design. Can be a really lovely gift with a thoughtful message for somebody.

Amazon on top form again.
Clicked banner for £6 free credit when I top up£30. Had my eye on a nerf gun that’s new out and reduced from£40 to £37.50.
The free money didn’t appear last night and when I politely queried it this morning they credited my account with the £6, and an extra £5 for my inconvenience. Result

wheelygo · 12/10/2018 13:58

Just received my l'occitane order, I ordered the shea baubles (£12 each or 3 for £28) and used the code to receive the free hand creams (apparently worth £12.50). The free set is very small and looks so insignificant compared to the baubles so will probably need to include it with a bar of nice chocolate or something to make it look more 'complete', but it was free so can't complain too much Grin

Boohissmiss · 12/10/2018 14:20

Rosablue zoflora is always a £1 for 120ml it’s never been £5 so I don’t know where they got that idea from the 500ml are £5

Wiifitmama · 12/10/2018 14:22

I also received the l’occitane order today. The baubles are much bigger than I expected so will make great gifts. I agree about the free set. Very very small. But I might put it with other things or use it myself!

NoHufflefucksGivenMugglefucker · 12/10/2018 14:45

New Harry Potter stuffbin primark. Character mugs, teapot, bathroom set, moneybanks (car/knightbus) , Christmas sack that come in a cardboard tube

AdamBarlowsQuiff · 12/10/2018 15:04

The boxes of super chocolatey biscuits in m&s are on bogof so £6 for two boxes. All the gins seemed to be at 20% off too.

MishMashMosher · 12/10/2018 15:07

I got my Loccitane order today too. Beautifully packaged. I was expecting the products in the baubles to be small but not that small! They do smell lovely though. I'm tempted to keep one for myself Grin

Mummydearest12 · 12/10/2018 15:25

Has anyone seen any children’s Christmas plates etc for a baby that’s just weaning and a sippy cup l. Also need small plates for 3-5 year olds and preferably some cups with straws and lids- there were a lot of spills last year! We have a big extended family and so we can use stuff for a good few years. Grin tia
