Thought I’d do a ‘how to’ for a couple of things people often post about not being sure of

To do click links you do this put link in here then a space then the name or phrase you want to go with the link . Don’t put a space between the start of the link and the and then last word and the like I have or it won’t work but I had to to demonstrate.

To follow the thread without using up a post to mark place you can click on ‘watch this thread’ at the top of the first post.

Second message has a few links and info which I’ll slowly build up, let me k ow if there’s anything you’d like me to add to it Thanks

Just posting to say off on holiday tomorrow and not sure if there will be WiFi or not so if I’m quiet for a week it’s not through choice!

@Pasta don’t forget the PIGGYBANK code to get 15% off. I’ve already used it on an order so it’s not letting me use it again!

Smellybears · 17/08/2018 19:46

@Pixie thank you. Everything selling out quick though, couple of things I’ve clicked on then they’ve gone out of stock as I’ve tried to order. Never mind, I’ll keep my eye on it over the next few days and see if they come back into stock

newsparklythings · 17/08/2018 19:47

Thank you for the Benefit code, that's an order of Boing and Hoola sorted. I do have a £10 off link that can be shared as a result, but it has my RL name in it.. p/m me if you are interested

MorbidMuch · 17/08/2018 20:16

Another couple of clearance sales not yet mentioned (I think).

Diabetes UK - some little stocking fillers

The White Company - mittens, pyjamas, present bags, etc.

WhirlwindHugs · 17/08/2018 20:18

Done my annual magpie order! I love magpie stuff, the things I've bought before has always been lovely.

Anorak also has an up to 60% sale on, for other housey stuff, but you can't stack codes.

ItsNiceItsDifferentItsUnusual · 17/08/2018 20:48

@Whenasuitcasejustwontdo that's made me 😂

Someaddedsugar · 17/08/2018 20:58

@Whenasuitcasejustwontdo 😂

Thanks to the previous poster for the Matalan tip - just bought a beaded star decoration for £6 that looks identical to one that the White Company sell for about £50!!

Season's Greetings everyone Glitterball [santa]

2nd year for me. I've realised that my children have 10 bazillion toys and I have no money so I'll be getting fewer presents this year hahahahahahahaha

For anyone looking for Magna-Tiles/similar, amazon have Playmags (rated as good as Magna-Tiles), coming up as best price/close to it on CamelCamelCamel. Here are the ones I've spotted:

100 piece set £42.99

60 piece set £26.99

150 piece set £69.99

50 piece set £22.99

I've bought the 100 and 50 piece set because I read that you ideally need quite a lot of these.

gaggiagirl · 17/08/2018 21:12

www.escentual.com have 20% off everything site wide, perfumes, skin care, French pharmacy skin care etc.
Use code ESCENTUAL20

WhirlwindHugs · 17/08/2018 21:35

photobox is doing their up to 60% off buy in advance deal. Good if you need to make photo calendars etc, you can buy them now and then get three months to make them.
bear in mind postage costs, as they vary quite a lot.

DangerousMouse · 17/08/2018 21:38

I'd love a referral to benefit please Newsparklythings

Smellybears · 17/08/2018 21:59

Just a word of warning on that photo box offer, double check the amount of time you have to redeem your product. I’ve just added three photo calendars as I always make them for Christmas presents but it came up with only one month to make. Tried with just one calendar to see if that made a difference but again, only one month to make.

studentvera · 17/08/2018 22:01

Does anyone have a discount code for the Disney store please?

WhirlwindHugs · 17/08/2018 22:05

Oh no! Sorry - I see now it says 'up to' sigh. Thank you smelly for the spot.

Girlsworld92 · 17/08/2018 22:39

Makeup bargains I don’t know much about this brand but the products seem to have good reviews. £1.95 postage which isn’t too bad

revolutionbeauty.com

Girlsworld92 · 17/08/2018 22:41

Sorry, this link takes you directly to the sale

Jammiebammie · 17/08/2018 23:19

My dd picked up her poopsie unicorn today.. omg it should be called shitty unicorn Shock
It leaked random bright red congealed glitter substance from her armpits and neck, all over my dd and my table is now has a rather strange pink tint that won’t come off...
After scraping the remnants together into the potty (!!) they do sort of resemble slime... but I can’t beleive we spent £50 on this!!! Save your money people!!

FabulouslyFab · 17/08/2018 23:46

Blatant place marking. 👍

OneNightTimeMenaceStrikesBack · 18/08/2018 00:47

girlsworld revolution make up is absolutely decent for the price it is. Good for those who are just starting out with make up or people who dont want to spend a lot but still have decent quality stuff. I have quite a bit of ti myself and find it comparable to more expensive brands, especially for things like eyeshadows/blushers/other powder products/lipsticks. I did a £30 order the other day, all sale stuff and got 14 items plus a free gift worth £20 because i'd spent £30 which i thought was a good deal. the stuff i bought will be split between two people for xmas gifts and there were a few bits in there that are for me just because i can!

Alanamackree · 18/08/2018 06:39

@MorbidMuch I wasn’t expecting the diabetes site mentioned upthread to have such cute bits and pieces! Nice find.

Trouva isn’t cheap but has some unusual and very quirky bits and pieces which might be useful for hard-to-buy-for people. The code Extra10 gives another 10% off sale prices

ScandiLady · 18/08/2018 07:41

Girlsworld92 thanks for the link to revolution make up. Have had it before and its great I think. Got stocked up for myself and an advert gift for dd, so perfekt. 9 items fir 27 euros including postage.

ScandiLady · 18/08/2018 07:44

Jammiebammie what in the world is a poopsie unicorn? Can't you complain?

NoWordForFluffy · 18/08/2018 07:51

I'd be returning that, Jammie. It sounds defective! Imagine if it had been on your carpet? That would be expensive to resolve (though your table may have been expensive too, obviously!).
