So we're nearly there now, I'm counting down on one hand the number of sleeps!

Still time to post info on Christmas bargains but I'd also love to hear how the gifts you got went down on the big day and also share notes on sale finds

I just bought myself another five issues of Good Housekeeping magazine starting from June 18 issue for £5.
I didn't need it but 11 issues for £11 is definitely a bargain right?!

Re: Superdrug, I ordered something on monday, just received a dispatch notice but won't arrive till after xmas grrrr.

Oh and entire family is full of cold, hoping we can all shift it soon as lots to do.

Happyland London bus set is £15.99 on amazon. Rrp says £22 but it’s £25 in elc.

Emma Bridgewater sale is on . I have £100 of things in my basket which I do not need . Why am I getting twitchy? Polka dot teaspoons are so lovely though . Also they have a penguin duvet cover for the penguin lovers amongst us

Some advice for anyone buying in the Emma Bridgewater sale , head to the discontinued section first as they are first quality and the same price as the seconds . I have nabbed some amazing bargains over the years this way. Got the Fresian cow which I’ve wanted for awhile and a boxed set of two reindeer mugs .
Also their jute shopping bags are lovely. My friend bought me a ladybird one a few years ago as part of my xmas present and I love it and have bought a safari one since . These are reduced to £3 so I bought 4 for my present cupboard - I’m thinking teacher / classroom assistant presents at the end of the year .

Don’t forget topcashback , it’s 10% for first time customers .

Dancemom make her a little voucher for her to unwrap with details of the tickets? Do it on PowerPoint or similar. You could wrap it with a Taylor swift cd or annual or whatever merchandise is out there.

dancemom we have done moonpig/funky pigeon cards in the past, we choose photo upload cards and get photos from Google of say Taylor Swift, concert tickets, concert crowd, dinner if going for meal first, then details inside

Bargain alert - I just picked up an Essie Advent Calender in my local Superdrug for £10 which I think is a bit of a bargain (from googling I think it was originally £80 then discounted to £50 and now a tenner with £110 worth of nail polish!). They had a few left as of 11.30 this morning (this was Chippenham store). I think I'll pop it in eldest DDs stocking rather than save til next year so feeling pretty pleased with myself!

@SomethingOfTheNight. My Tom Gates loving DS loves 13-Story Treehouse by Andy Griffiths - there are a series of them. DS is 9 though so not sure if it might be a bit young.

Anyone expecting dc, it's worth looking on the nursery + equipment section of the Jojo sale. They've got good prices on things like buggy boards, changing mats, cocoonababy type things.

Been here since thread one (under various usernames) so just sticking around.

Ordered a few bits in the Emma Bridgewater sale today - some tiny decorations and a festive tea towel for next year - all £5 each.

And my Superdrug delivery arrived at 7.15am today! So now it's just wrap and enjoy.

Argos! Last night I refreshed the page every 5 mins. They seemed to have some in stock at various local stores (4 different stores local to me) last night every half hour or so. They sold QUICK but I reserved that and collected today. I was checking from about 8pm and reserved it at 930 I think. Good luck, I hope that helps x

I have them already but they've been lost under dds bed so I've ordered another set as they are fantastic and great for travelling abroad when going hand luggage only! Quite tempted with the actions and voyages sets as well.....

Tesco currently have the Ben 10 rust bucket playset for £35. It's showing oos online but our store had loads at lunchtime today so worth checking if you are after one
