Right, so first one to announce 100 days does the dinner and last one does the hoovering. Sounds fair

In a rather fitting way, it's DH's bday on Saturday, so I always get even more excited after his birthday!

Isn't it announcing 99, not 100?! 🤔

Hmm 🤔 I think 99 because that takes us into double figures.

Ate 3 mince pies today...

100 days marks the Princessing on Style&Beauty (basically countdown to shedding my lardy belly, refining the pretence that is my Beauty Regime and keeping up with haircut/hairdye)

And 99 because, well its 99 !

Friday will be the earliest I can stay up past midnight

I love the Sainsbury Taste the Difference Mini Mince Pies , they're instore but I resisted

There has been intensive MincePie sampling over the years but these have been my Go-To for the past 12-13 years.

My favourite mince pies are the ones I make at home. Posh mincemeat (from the shop, I'm only a wannabe poncer) in puff pastry (also shop bought, see above), and then a sprinkle of sugar. Mmm... But I am trying to lose weight, so will resist!

There was a Christmas aisle in Home Bargains today. It's starting

Ooh, Booths' Christmas ordering starts on 4th (or 5th, I forget!) October. Eek! M&S need to take a lesson from Booths on this one!

I only had one mince pie last year!

I have been on a diet for just over a year now and it is getting wearing but hopefully I will be done by christmas and I can let my hair down a little.

I was looking at that picture on my phone, trying to work out what it was that would cause M&S to lose you to Booths Cbeebies. Then I realised what they were

There isn't a Booths near me, so that option is out. But I've actually really enjoyed the nibbles from Iceland in the past. And they now sell a Millie's Cookies range that you cook at home yourself...

We found conkers today too, CBeebies. DS has them in his coat pockets at preschool!

Have just had a delivery of a replacement fridge freezer omg the muck under the old one I was ashamed .
Am amazed how quickly this year is going !
Done a chilli for tea which is cooking slowly in the slo cooker lol
off up to mums to clean her house she is 85 now and can't really do anything much except cause a mess row

Spent about half an hour salivating about Christmas dinner last night with hubby... he really does do the best Christmas dinner! Can't wait!

Freezing cold this morning, felt very wintery, I even had to wear a hat!

oh! and DM just called me and told me she has booked us in for Panto, followed by cocktails and dinner on the 23rd for my uncles 50th.

Feeling very festive all of a sudden!

Cosy toes went on this morning :) And I have my first cold of the season

@HairsprayBabe I even pulled the bedroom window 'to' last night it felt so much cooler! Not quite at the point of it being closed, but almost there!
