Oh I am raging was going to buy the poke ball headphones but at £10.95 for delivery to Northern Ireland I don't think so
Has someone not told them we are part of the UK and have the same Royal Mail as the rest of the country so an £8 price hike for postage is extortion

SideOrderofChip · 05/11/2016 09:30

Just ordered the wine ones for my dad

Thanks for the Pokémon headphones, ordered those and a Marvel pair for the DC for £15.98 delivered to store. Should keep them quiet on train journeys!

Gooseysgirl · 05/11/2016 09:39

I think it was similar to this one? felt tree

SomethingOfTheNight · 05/11/2016 10:04

Wiifitmama · 05/11/2016 10:06

ValiumQueen · 05/11/2016 10:08

Whatdoesaturkeydo I so agree (Scottish Island).

EverybodyKeepCool · 05/11/2016 10:09

Just been into a Next outlet and they are giving away £10 off £15 online spend but it's unique to your email address. One per customer for 'new' customer only.
Also some fab books in TK Maxx which are much cheaper than Amazon etc eg Why the pain? What's the gain? is £6 and £10 online
For anyone with a love of Star Wars check out Pound land, they have SW decorations and stockings.

Ilisten2thesoundofdrums · 05/11/2016 10:09

Fig leaves have 10 off a 40 spend this weekend using code surprise 10.

ValiumQueen · 05/11/2016 10:10

Flumposie thank you, I will keep looking. I was hoping they would drop with the Argos offers.

autumnintheair · 05/11/2016 10:20

Large cuddly toys Home sense - 39 I think, not quite as large as Rob, but large enough to make a wow statement.

autumnintheair · 05/11/2016 10:22

BTW if anyone needs to be immersed in christmas joy, Homesense is looking fantastic right now, incredible range of stuff. Incl strange large bust of a bird head - perhaps something from Harry potter, if only I had a shop or restaurant to adorn Grin

Eva50 · 05/11/2016 10:23

My Cornerstone box has arrived and it's absolutely lovely. It's for ds1 (21) for Christmas. Dh was gazing at it lovingly. I may need to get him one too!

Whatdoesaturkeydo · 05/11/2016 10:24

BadgerFace · 05/11/2016 11:09

Equimum There are lots of online tutorials about making felt Christmas trees. Last year my best friend's MIL made four for her grandchildren plus one for my DD and another for a family friend!

RoastieToastieReastie · 05/11/2016 11:13

Just went to do the beano offer mentioned by amymn for dd but to make you aware if you were thinking of doing it the small print says minimum term a year so it will be £63 for the year so I passed as don't want to be locked in for the year, although it's a great offer if you do want to keep it up for the year.

My local sainsburys had loads of Halloween stuff reduced today. (Can't remember who was looking sorry!) fake blood, face paints etc 30p, pumpkin mugs with marshmallows £1.80, decorations from 20p and costumes 50-75% off.

Shoesarethebaneofmylife · 05/11/2016 11:53

I bought felt to make a Christmas tree last year, but never got round to it.
Bought the ready made one from hobby craft a couple of weeks ago with their 20% off for new customers. I'm intending to make some more decorations with my embroidery machine.
summer fun playmobil only £14-53, that's less than half price. I'm amassing quite a collection of playmobil now Xmas Grin

primitivemom · 05/11/2016 12:03

Thankyou for the Met link, i'm in scotland so i can't drop off a gift. Will make a donation instead x

nocutsnobuttsnococonuts · 05/11/2016 12:11

It's a shame the beano is for a year and doesn't include any cover gifts that u would get in the shop. I wouldn't mind 6 months but a year is a long commitment if dd doesn't enjoy it!

Thank for ryman tip ordered a penguin popper, unicorn popper and matilda times tables game for £13 :) don't forget quidco for 8% cashback.
They had a few games of thrones and harry potter gifts on there too.

Thanks for disney store code yesterday I convinced dp to buy me the girls the mega dumbo tsum tsum for £48.... no idea where it will go it's huge!!

Amazon have some pikachu looking child safe volume headphones for £7.99 (I wanted to order the ryman ones but needed them to have the reduced volume!)

The entertainer has a pack of 3 paw patrol games for £5 - a puzzle, pairs and frustration type one. Individual packaging so could split for 3 gifts :)

Person thanks for the headset tip!another one in the bag for hard to buy for dd10! She'll love them and tech savvy dh says they look very good for the money with USB giving much better sound.

nocutsnobuttsnococonuts · 05/11/2016 12:12

Oh and if u pick up the tesco toy catalogue there's a sheet of Christmas stickers in there :)

Chocolateteabag · 05/11/2016 12:16

Right - before the thread ends - can anyone help with ideas for a 16 year old girl - need something for DC's babysitter who will be very busy over the next few weeks Xmas Grin
She isn't that girly girly - mostly wears hoodies & jeans and pretty attached to her phone? I have no idea what to get her. I don't think she wears makeup (or just vv natural) Budget £10-15-20
