Both my kids have ridgeback bikes. One bought new and one bought from gumtree. I was tempted by the islabikes but didn't want to buy without seeing one.

AgnesBrownsCat · 04/11/2016 22:57

Thank you to the poster who informed me that Pokemon sun or moon would be OK and not both as daughter insisted. Wee chancer.

Haudyerwheesht · 04/11/2016 23:43

Thanks for ideas re non irritating bath stuff. Is sanex bubble bath? I like the idea of decanting it into something else more exciting looking!

gaggiagirl · 04/11/2016 23:47

atsea I have the cupcake maker, it was less than a tenner in b&m I think. 5yo DD helps me use it but she needs mega supervision as it gets hotter than hell.

AgnesBrownsCat · 05/11/2016 00:07

Just browsing camelcamelcamel as you do and found sylvanian rabbit family for £9, also looping chewy?.. Star Wars games for £7 something. i should go to bed.

Tacobella · 05/11/2016 00:17

primitivemom · 05/11/2016 00:21

reastie I caught my almost 13yr old playing with the felt tree the other day.....
I bought it specifically for my 10month old but the 7&4yr olds also play so 5 will be fine.

Btw my almost 13 yr old would appreciate new look, primark or Starbucks vouchers. She has also specifically asked for a Netflix gift card as we don't have a subscription but her "favourite programme ever" is on there, so another thought

Howmanysleepstilchristmas · 05/11/2016 07:01

Matilda, I accidentally messed up on 3 for 2 yesterday- had to return all 6 (2orders) to cash in , replaced what I didn't need with something£15 more expensive, but by doing the 2 lots of 3 separately again (cheapest 3 and most expensive 3) got £5 change too despite higher value goods. Took a while but great customer service.

Badders123 · 05/11/2016 07:22

Um....felt tree? Could I have a link please?

Not a bargain as such but this might be a good gift for unicorn obsessed younger kids.

I kinda want one just for me. Grin

HTKB · 05/11/2016 07:56

Would also love a link to felt tree please.....

SweetPeaPods · 05/11/2016 08:05

If you google felt Christmas tree it should come up. If not hobby craft felt Christmas tree should do it.

Whatdoesaturkeydo · 05/11/2016 08:31

Here's the link for met Christmas appeal from top of the thread

LostMyRubySlippers · 05/11/2016 08:37

Felt tree is £6 from hobbycraft but OOS online I think

flumposie · 05/11/2016 08:46

Valiumqueen I got a hedgiez from Amazon last week for just under £24. I would keep checking on there.

Equimum · 05/11/2016 08:59

I know this is not exactly on topic, but those of you you have the felt Christmas tree.....is is basically a giant green felt tree with felt circles that have zelcro on the back? I don't live near a hobby craft, but I am near to a a fabric discount centre, so was wondering if it might be quite simple to make something similar? Thanks

Personwithnoname · 05/11/2016 09:01

For those hard to buy for teenage boys. Amazon lightening deal on for next two hrs. gaming headset
£13 down from £48

Also, just had fabulous customer service from cure and simple and cornerstone. Hooray.

lionsleepstonight · 05/11/2016 09:08

Pokemon teen headset is 9.99 at Rymans, it's 19.99 or more elsewhere. If you sign up to emails you'll be sent a code for 20% off your first order. they have a Christmas shop with kids games, stocking fillers etc. 2.90 delivery, but if you use the discount code it's negated.
