I'm loving all the ideas on this thread. I've bought all the bits for a felt advent calendar for DD a bit like this one. Now I just need to make it I hope that its one decoration a night or we wont get there in time.

I've made these today! I am planning a white tree this year with all white decs, so these are my first two creations. They aren't perfect but my second is definitely better than my first! (They look better in RL than in the photo)
I'm also going to make baubles using wool dipped through pva and wound round balloons (pop the balloons when they are set and -hopefully!- left with string baubles.
