How exciting.
I think the Christmas thread should run all year round.

chanie44 · 28/03/2015 21:13

I ordered some of the womdee scarves from the old thread this week.

I've for quite a few presents sorted already, so I'm pleased with my profess this year - it was lovely not be be stressed or penniless in December.

stupidgreatgrinonmyface · 29/03/2015 10:49

I ordered a couple of the scarves for myself, just to check them out because I wanted to buy them for my workmates for Christmas. They are lovely and light, colours are great, but, for me, they are too short. I like to loosely wrap a scarf completely round my neck and have both ends hanging at the front, but these scarves are not long enough for that. For the price, they are OK, but I would not be giving them as gifts unless it was as a little extra pressie. I ended up getting something else for my workmates.

Xmas Grin

Yes to All Year Round Thread.
Just need to remember what I buy and where it is (usually in the bottom of my wardrobe).
At the moment all the Easter Eggs are hidden safely, need to retrieve them.

Note to Self:

This year - keep a note of what I've bought Wink

chanie44 · 29/03/2015 21:44

Stupidgreatgrin - thanks for the heads up on the scarf. It was going to be a supplementary present. I have found one that combines two of MILs favourite things - a pattern and an animal.

I went to home bargains yesterday and picked up a present for DN a a transformer toy. I've got lodz of presents from there. What I like is that many of the toys aren't always sold in other shops, so no one knows how much you have paid. I don't know about anyone else, but I always get paranoid that people will know I must have got something cheap.

Ooh, I followed part of the last thread then DS was born on 7th of December so I lost my way, this year I need to be organized, I have 2 birthdays and christmas in December now!

Quick question: how on earth do you keep track of everything? And where do you store everything all year round?

DuploTakingOver · 07/04/2015 21:37

Yippee if DH accuses me of being too far ahead I can show him this thread and prove I am not alone in starting my shopping now Xmas Grin
