Since robotgate was beginning to fill up the third bargain thread I thought I'd start a dedicated thread here to save Reastie from having to write another mega op just a few days after the last one!

I haven't had my phone call yet and am actually excited for them to ring as I want to put my jargon into use (Is that weird??)

I have a dispatch date of 29th, really hoping that it shows up now.

The lovely iloveholidays took the trouble to post in legal for us and got some good advice. (Even though it was her birthday!) You can read that thread here:

Is anyone else worried about the reports of hope charging full price after delivery? I can barely afford £13 for the robot - definitely not £40!

How old is your ds mrswilliams? my DD will be 4 when she gets it & I had same concerns....but she's getting it anyway! Have read some reviews and I think it'll be okay for her for a while, it seems to do quite a lot. She sort of asked for one last year but it went out of stock everywhere very quickly.

spotty I think it gets advertised on the Disney junior channel. Or maybe Nick Jr. Haven't seen the advert much this year but I'm sure that will change over the next few weeks.....otherwise leaving the Argos catalogue open on the right page could help! Wink

I might have shown dd the YouTube ad Blush Disney jr is on always sometimes here have yet to see. I reckon you're right though and the toys ads will be everywhere in the next few weeks

I've had my email from Hope too and Parcel Force tell me it's in progress! I'm ridiculously excited about this!

I've got a filling today and I'm not even worrying about it because of this! Fickle and shallow, I know. yay!

I think so iloveholidays, it sounds like it has been put on the vans in the early hours, so will be delivered today.

Can you leave a note on the door saying to leave with neighbour/in shed?

I would leave a note on the door too. Depends where you live though, couriers leave parcels on the front door step round here with no problems but we're a tiny village. Where I used to live it wouldn't have stayed there!

Lazzaroo my DS is 4 he will be 5 in April and he really wants it and doesnt feel its to babyish we watche videos on you tube to be sure its what he wants and he seems to love it! He first saw it on either nick jnr i think or disney or bomerang. ( its all they seem to watch) and can imagine my reaction when he asked for one :D really please with my little self :D all thanks to you lot x

Mine has just arrived too! I can't open it because DD is here and following me around. I'm really tempted to put a DVD on for her just so I can open the box!
