Since robotgate was beginning to fill up the third bargain thread I thought I'd start a dedicated thread here to save Reastie from having to write another mega op just a few days after the last one!

I haven't had my phone call yet and am actually excited for them to ring as I want to put my jargon into use (Is that weird??)

I have a dispatch date of 29th, really hoping that it shows up now.

The lovely iloveholidays took the trouble to post in legal for us and got some good advice. (Even though it was her birthday!) You can read that thread here:

Is anyone else worried about the reports of hope charging full price after delivery? I can barely afford £13 for the robot - definitely not £40!

Just checked e-mail again and definitely no link to account or mention of password. Ordered on 18th Aug and original delivery estimate was within 1-2weeks of 22nd Aug. Will go back to plan of ringing them at end if week if he doesn't turn up!

Recieve dispatched email this morning :) i only bought it because it was sooooo cheap ( cant resist a bargain) thought it would be too babyish for my DS and wasnt quite sure who was getting it hahahaha BUT since all the waiting etc my DS has spotted it on TV and asked for one and also pointed it out in the Argos catalog so RESULT for me :D thank you x

Mine is coming too!! Parcelforce tracking says it arrived at my local depot an hour or so ago, so think it will be delivered today. Merry Christmas, everyone Grin
