Got a text this morning too. Scan date 16/11.

18 weeks here and was awarded today - just wanted to update for those still waiting

sorry you are having to go down the MR route (as with me)
was awarded LRC for my little boy and thought it should have been MRC - i'm just over a week in to my MR - allegedly it's taking 6-7weeks - but then others on here are still waiting 11 weeks on

I don't honestly know what the success rate of a MR is to be honest - would be interesting to find out if possible

@LancsMcG i got my decision just after 7 weeks it wasn’t over turned originally MRC I took it to tribunal last Wednesday it was overturned come Friday morning to HRC by the dwp and tribunal closed x

Anyone any advice on UC? I've received the letter to say they will agree to backdated. But no other info, can anyone tell me what happens after this? Thanks x

@RainsbowandBunnies I need your help please, I only received one letter on UC, stating they are agreeing to the late changes I reported. Is this right? I saw you said you got 2 letter separate. Am I missing something? Thanks x

@Gracie1909 hi when I did this change last year I’ve just gone back and checked I recieved the letter that they was going to back date then 3 days later the amounts etc and my statements had been updated however the payment wasn’t made until I’d had the second letter x

Happy 16 weeks day to me, wonder if I'll have any movement today 😬

Im so happy to say I have woken up to see money in my account for my boy, we have been awarded today, scan date was 26th October. Good luck everyone else waiting. PS I didnt receive a txt to say we had been awarded unlike some do.

@Gracie1909 how long did it take for them to agree to backpay?it’s been more than 2 weeks I reported coc and still haven’t receive any letter from uc

@Mummybabies2 Hiya I was awarded 31st Jan, so updated UC on 1st Feb. On thurs last week as it had been over 3 weeks I rang to get this chased up, yesterday I had a letter to say they are agreeing to the late changes out of my assessment period etc etc. But still not had the letter to say how much and when. Hopefully a few days xx

@Gracie1909 yes hopefully I did just leave a note on my journal asking them to advise me of amounts etc then I recieved that letter a few days later. It makes it much harder for me tho as I’m not required to work search so don’t have a work coach and it’s just basically left in a pile for a case manager to pick up when they can I don’t know if your in the same position x

Thats exactly like me as I work, and I was so mad as i seemed to be getting no where probs just how u felt too.l, so frustrating after the battle we have just been through with dla. Not sure who is worse, DLA or UC haha! Xx

@bonz2023 @STEPH691 Wow, just called, got through in 3 minutes!! lady was lovely this morning thank god - she said no decision yet, it won't be too much longer. She said its due to be picked up by a DM any day now (which i was also told last week but hey ho) She said if i haven't heard anything in 2 weeks to call back. She also put a note on that i asked for a text... This wait is awful x

@STEPH691 she was defo lying, the lady i spoke to today said 2 weeks max... so we will wait and see x
