Scan date 25/10.

Just called to request forms for my other child too as I am having to do more healthcare things for them currently which means I'll have a lot of the information needed to hand.

Hoping they continue working through October quickly and we get our answer soon. Waiting is painful.

Hi i updated my universal creditvon the 18th Jan didn't get verified till 31st they have updated my payments but still waiting on descision on backpay fr9n universal credit. Has anyone else been waiting this long. Thanks

Just got off the phone my sons claims been with a decision maker for 2 weeks said will be another couple weeks before decision is made my scan date is the 13/9

4/10 just looked at bank and been awarded by looks of it Middle rate care
23 weeks worth
But not happy with the decision so looks like it's appeal time for me so another wait ahead deflated

Is there a form I can print off online to appeal ?

I was told yesterday my decision was made Friday 2nd feb and was awarded. Also told money would eve there today and it’s not. Hoping tomorrow or Thursday, anyone else in a similar position?

Congrats Some of an award is better than a decline surely and if you appeal it will be easier to get what you think you should get from the award you habe now than no award at all

@Jonesy0102 yes it's good he's got an award but I will fight for what he should get as I also have another son adhd/autism and he gets a higher rate and is the same as my boy who's just got middle also it isn't just the rate its the length of time he's been awarded thanks

Does anyone now how long uc takes to back pay from the decision. It was accepted this afternoon.

Has anyone here appealed the mobility part as i didnt get awarded it as my sons under 5 and only qualified for lrm which was refused but mobility for him is one of bigger concerns for him if so how did you get along with it

Parking. I sent the form off on the 1/11. I can’t remember the scan date but I’m guessing around 8/11. I’m tempted to ring up next week just to check they have added the extra evidence to my sons claim.

7/9 scan date and was finally awarded Friday. Had been with a decision maker since 12/01. So glad it's over. Payment has been pending in my account to be in tomorrow.

Thursday I was told still had 2 weeks wait... but Friday was awarded and found out today. Hopefully soon for you. No text or letter yet. Pending payment so called x

Can someone tell me how long it takes for evidence to be scanned as I sent it and it got received and signed for on the 31/1/2024 called today and still not put on system

Scan date 16/10 last text was 22/01
