Scan date 2/10 rang today and with a case manager and told if not heard anything in 2 weeks to ring back

Hiya. I've been declined and now have more information. I've asked for a Mr over the phone and they have said send in more information, but have not recieved a letter does anyone know the address to send the information to? Thanks
