Mines the 17th. Recieved first text today

@NJB93 IM 13TH AND NOTHING YET... 1 LETTER ONE TEXT WAS TOLD BEFORE CHRISTMAS RING BACK IN MARCH X

@Mummybabies2 same scan date as me, ours is change of circumstances. No texts, just 2 letters x

@KateLouise123 I don't understand the order they process these claims lol. I am only a day before you but I received my first text a week ago today which made me hopeful as it seemed to be sent a week early as it normally goes out on week 15 xx

@Lindsey89 when did you receive your text?

@Keddie bless you it's hard trying to explain things and hoping people understand, I would ring them layer today near closing around half 3 or in morning and just ask for an update xx

@KellieD90 if that was to me my scan date was 28/9 now just have to call and find out rates, does anyone know what I do with tax credits because I’m not on Uc at all x

@FlutterByASD fingers crossed for you, I rang at 9am today and was told it was in a holding queue so don’t always expect the truth because it turned my mood then got the text x

@Jneill2021 I am to scared to call back now, just going to wait for the letter xx I hope you hear something soon xx

They told me last Wednesday it was on its way over to a DM and if I haven't heard anything by the 7th to ring back so I'm hoping I will have a decision soon. Hopefully you've been given a decent award and won't need to do a MR x

I was told 2 weeks ago mine was with DM so I’m on hold for an update. Stupidly I was on hold for 30 mins and cut it off by accident so now I’m back to 8 minutes in…

scan date 27/09. No texts and just one letter to acknowledge receipt of documents. My credit card bill is almost maxed out. I’m paying thousands of pounds a month for DDs specialist care. If something doesn’t happen soon I’m going to have to stop until I’m awarded. I dread to think what will happen if I’m declined !!

I got told holiday queue at 9.30 this morning which has made me worry seeing lots more after 26/09 awarded. Think they just give out any information they feel like. Praying I get a text soon. Congrats on your award x

I’m hoping so because this fight started when she was 4 and now she’s 10 with high functioning asd and adhd and severe learning disability 🙈 I’m going to call later and see what she’s been awarded, I was told it hadn’t gone to anyone last week so hopefully you hear this week x

What does holiday queue mean ?

Does anyone know how long extra evidence takes to be scanned in once they receive it? Mine arrived this morning so wondering when I should call to make sure they’ve done it. I’m 13/10 scan date.
