Only rang Monday and because he told me it’s waiting to go to DM I’m ringing again 🤦🏽‍♀️ half hour in so far!! I will just say he said to call back Wednesday if I haven’t Hurd anything when I fact he said next Wednesday 🤣🤣 I will pretend I didn’t hear that!

10/8 went to DM today 🤦🏽‍♀️

How does uc work do they back date the money and does it take a long time xxx

@LmumL My scan date is 08/08 nothing yet, but I am on phone now. I didn't want to call again today...but to be honest I am now struggling to sleep at night. I want to know 😩. I saw 8 and 9 been awarded on Facebook group, one was this morning

I'm 10/8 and not heard anything as of yet. I can't call as at work so hoping to call Monday if I haven't heard by then. This wait is awful!!

I just rang to ask for something to be added to my notes the lady said she will send it to the decision maker so does that mean it’s still in the que or that it’s now with the decision maker? They are so good at making you feel stupid when you call. she also said I should hear by the 1st week in feb I’m so confused 😕

40 mins in a queue and got cut off!

@LmumL I just got of the phone. Mine is still with DM and has been since 11th Dec...so the Lady from the customer service said that it can take upto 5 days and there was not decisions made for me yet. Then she said I will get a text

I have just had a missed call and checked online and it's a DWP number. Why would they be calling? I'm worried now as I couldn't pick up and they haven't left a message :(

Called first thing this morning, scan date 9/8, went to a decision maker yesterday. Just a waiting game now 🤞🏻

@Ash135 i haven’t yet 😩 when I called yesterday she just said it was with a CM but couldn’t tell me when it went to one this is the worst part for me xx
