No you dont need to update UC only if it changes but you could put a note just to way you renewed and nothings changed 😊

@Loumumoftwo oh yes defo appeal it then! I didn’t have any proof so I’m surprised. When I phoned to say i had sent it before they said well as soon as they arrive with us we scan them there’s no delay, making out I was lying about sending it 10 days earlier. So with proof I’m sure they will backdate 🤞 x

hope everyone waiting gets award soon wonder how long it takes get ur award letters so u can see what u have been awarded I take it u can’t update uc without this xx

Purple69 hi My daughter awarded letter took a week to arrive hope this helps u . People had said they was able to update there universal credit without it , if u knew the dates however I wasn't and lucky letter came yesterday and got universal credit appointment today as my advisor told me he needs to see the award letter and get it all sorted for me.
