Continuing on from part 23 as it was getting full

@Nadcat I have to make an appointment to take the award letter when it arrives for proof she's been awarded as they couldn't find my daughter on the system apparently, I have received the award back payment so assuming she must be on it for it to be payed just hoping doesn't take to long for the letter to arrive I'm still waiting to hear about my other daughter I'm thinking it's a decline for her as it was same scan date 14th august

I sent my MR recorded delivery (gets scanned onto system quicker) I was told it would take 3/4 weeks for a decision, it’s now been 6 weeks & I had a random text off dla yesterday informing me a decision could take up to another 4 weeks yet!

Anyone know if dms are working this weekend??

I was wondering the same! Otherwise I need to try and switch off until Wednesday 🙄

Called last week and told to expect Jan or Feb! No idea what rate etc just so happy it's not a decline ....will called Weds to find out if funds not in banks by then.

@Calypsomum Wednesday sounds more realistic atm. This weekend should keep my mind busy enough beforehand

I was so hoping that I would have heard by now seeing as it was with a cm on Monday. Just got to switch off for Xmas and hopefully hear when they are back. Just hoping I hear before the new year

My scan dates 5 Sept I rand up week ago and told it 20week wait in total from scan date I was like right .wasn't Evan looked at at that point

Are they back open tomorrow? Dla? 17.08 and on 18 weeks 5 days, haven't been fussed but now I'm at nearly 19 weeks getting anxious.. X

How long does it take for doc to get scanned? Should have arrived at DLA offices on 19 December

My scan date is 26/10 and I’ve had no texts but received 3 letters. 1 was asking for my identification documents to proof my own identity not my son. Does this mean it’s with a DM??

I wouldn't have thought so with a scan date of end Oct. If you read the most recent posts, most are still waiting from mid to late August for their cases to go to a decision maker or case manager.

I'm 24/09 scan and also had txt 5th Dec and 2 letters I got them a day apart, I've marked in my calendar when our 15wks is up and will ring but not expecting to hear until mid to late Jan at earliest really
