Following on from part 22 as it is about to become full! 😊

My scan date is the same as yours. I don’t think we will hear until after Christmas, but you never know. I’m hoping definitely before new year. Please let me know when you hear something!

I'm the 9th and haven't heard anything yet. When I called a few weeks ago to add some extra info they said I would hear around the 13th so we shall see. Last text 7/11 also x

14/8 rang for a update this morning ... spoke to a lovely lady called Carol... she said new claims are taking 21 weeks ... she checked the status for me .. mines in a pile waiting to go to a dm ... she said it could be sometime this week ... and to ring back end of next week if I don't get a text by then ... she did say the dm/cm makers are working alot quicker now

I called for an update this morning for the first time.

Scan date is 11/08 and I was told that the claim was given to a DM on 08/12. So it was given to a DM bang on 17 weeks. I should receive a decision by the end of this week so I’ll give them a call again on Friday to see where the claim is at. HTH!

Hello, I’m new to this so have no idea what I’m doing, since dla don’t give me much answers I thought I’d hop on here, I was just wondering my scan date is 17/08 does anyone know what date they have been awarded yet?

Anyone with scan date 15/08? I called for an update this morning and the lady wasn't very helpful, she told me she couldn't look on the system and to wait until the 21 weeks mark

Scan date 1/8 just called decision was apparently made on 8/12. LRM and MRC. I think he should have been awarded the HRC so will be doing MR. Joy 🫠

@Kirsty111 no I didn’t receive the 3rd text everyone is on about either. I got my 2nd text 13/11 x

I'm on hold now trying to get through, currently been on for 32 mins. My scan date was 16/8 I'll update once answered x

Not with a DM yet she said it'll be going anytime now, she wasn't very helpful to be honest.

My scan date is the 17th I rang yesterday and she wouldn’t give me any information apart from it’s in the decision maker department and I’m looking at 21 weeks, but people with the scan date the week before are with a decision maker now

Just called spoke to a man called Alan, said it's taking a minimum of 21 weeks. This time may change as they get weekly emails, no maximum timeframe, nobody you can complain or contact to give feedback. Wouldnt add additional notes to the system. Scan date 08/08. Said he is noting my file to say I rang before 21 weeks. Also said they are working on mid july which we know isnt the case

I was told yesterday that I was awarded on Friday, does anyone know when the back pay should go into my bank?

@zombiemum4 I was awarded on a Friday and had payment Wednesday x

I rang today scan date 11/08 and he said they should have made a decision in the next few days. I’ve never received any texts so I was really worried, my extra evidence has also not been scanned in which is really worrying but he said that they’re getting a lot of post atm and any evidence relating to the case will deffo be looked at by the DM. So worrying isn’t it

Hi guys, I just rang to add a few things to my sons claim. The lady was very nice. She said given the new time frames and shutting for 10 days over Christmas, we'd be looking at 22 weeks for the claim to be dealt with. Which would be early February. Scan date 1/9

I didn't think they shut for 10 days!? I'm.sure I've read posts saying they're off like 3 days and then ny bank holiday

Oh really. She said 10 days over Christmas and new year. Maybe no one will be working weekend? I'm really not sure.
