DLA Wait times PART 23…. (2023)

Following on from part 22 as it is about to become full! 😊

Think it varies a bit, while a lot of people seem to get texts, some people only get the letter, some get both and others (like me) get nothing lol.

I'm not certain as I'm not one of these people but I no people who bank with monzo can see incoming payments x
I'm with barcalys and I get notifications sometimes a day before my money drops x

@Linacre96 Yes I would say so! I literally had my daughters teacher that wrote on my form for me and I sent in her SEND plan from school and her referral letters too and she qualified for it.

@Mariannec just to let you know we have received our payment, hopefully your boy has too x

This hasn't happened.

No payment been made.

Never mind, it arrived at 00.30!

So payments do continue while they renew! That's such a huge relief!

@Velaris92 my daughters been awarded I woke up to a back pay in my bank! I don’t know the rates yet as the man I spoke to yesterday said it was still with the decision maker 🙈

My scan date is the 23/8 was really hoping to hear something this side of Xmas but looks like the wait will continue

@Kirsty111 I’m 21/08 and I was hoping the same thing but isn’t looking likely! Hopefully it isn’t too much longer of a wait after Christmas

@Kirsty111 no I didn't some people Was saying the people who get a third text will be after Xmas but im not sure because they seem to be getting through them alot faster the last week.Hopefully we all won't be long xx

No I haven't yet as working 8- 5 so not much chance to. Will call Monday if not heard as I finish for Christmas this Friday. Hoping to hear before then though
