Following on from part 21 as it is about to become full! 😊

I’m 28/7 still nothing getting really worried it’s a decline for my son 😢 may ring today to see what’s going on

I am also 28/07. I called Friday and was told they would look at mine on Saturday. I’ve never received any texts the whole time I’ve been waiting. Still not heard anything 😬

@MissC1230 yeah I phoned Thursday was told it’s with a dm that it would get looked at over weekend . I’m definitely ringing today fingers crossed for us both hun x

@Vampiredette84 Keeping everything crossed! I can’t phone until after work this afternoon. Let me know how you get on. We’re probs with the same DM. Have you had any texts throughout the wait?

@MissC1230 yeah last text was 23/10 but nothing since hun. I’ll get on phone at 9 to find out and keep you updated . Hopefully they with same dm. Seems other areas get answers quicker I’m in Worcestershire area x

I’m 27/7, heard nothing since my last text 23/10. I’ll try to ring after work, but don’t finish till 3pm. This wait is driving me insane. Preparing myself for a decline the longer it goes.

Tha guy on the call literally sound like he is still asleep. I got through in 5min and now waiting for him to tell me something, he sounds really moody 🫤

Well…. Good news is that they received my further evidence, bad news is that is still not been looked at.
is kinda good because now when he sees it he will have all the evidence.
but the guys on the phone said in still looking at around 3 more days of wait or to the end of the week.
im glad cause is still not a decline, so we still have changes and more now because the case manager will have all the evidence.
the guy also said he but a flag as urgent on mine and I could be lucky and be looked at tomorrow, but he said worst case cenario will be by the end of the week.

Called at 9am got straight through my son was awarded high rate care and low rate mobility.

i got through first thing!! Awarded on sat, but no text. MRC and LRM. Backdated from 11th July. Can’t believe it. Hope you also have some good news 🥳

We were awarded on the 26/11, still no payment!

Called back this morning and they have made payment to the wrong account, not the account details I gave on my claim form or an account that is mine. Now worrying all over again after waiting so long

That is shocking! What did they say will happen next?

I rang at 9 this morning, 50 mins on hold. I'll be 16 weeks tomorrow was told it won't go to a DM until 18weeks then with Xmas and new year holidays it'll probably be delayed. I'm so frustrated 😣
