I got my first letter today just now from UC saying that the special circumstances apply, it went to a dm between the 18th - 25th November so now am I just waiting for the 2nd letter ? How long after the second letter did you get the payment @Mummyrach13 ?

I have put another note on my journal asking what happens next so just waiting x

@MammyAng84 hopefully not too long because I didnt even notice updated payments and I've checked twice this morning lol. Literally just got letter within half hour of checking. X
@Billie1993 within 24 hours of first letter I got my second letter stating how much owed and that it will go in my bank Tuesday x

Mine was later the same day @Billie1993 @MammyAng84 your case worker will go through and amend all the statements and then upload the letter with amount, it was in my bank 2 days later.
hopefully it will be quick for both of you now x

@Tammie23 please let me know what they say, wasn't able to get through this week xx

still not gone to dm yet even tho they said i should have got a decision at the end of this week after i called a couple days ago why does it keep changing

Mine has updated already saying payment will go in by Tuesday 🥳🥳

So they have forgot to send carers element to decision maker so that’s getting sent now 🙄

@Krys83 hey scan buddy, it's good to see that someone with the same scan date as us 31/07 has been awarded. Fingers crossed for the both of us, we will hear soon.

Wow, it's going up and up. My scan date is 22/8 and last text was 7/11.

@Emsale83 I know!!! I'm getting really nervous!! Have you called lately?? I can't bring myself to.

@Rebeccanew i did my change to UC on the 15th November they contacted me back on the 18th, and today they told me that they have accepted the change.

I've now just received the 2nd letter guys @Mummyrach13 @Tmxx @Raych1989 so within 43 minutes of receiving the first letter. So now I guess it’s just waiting for the payment now? How’s you girls getting on?

@Billie1993 i updated it on the 16th they put go decision maker the 20th so hopefully not much longer have you had anymore saying how much owe etc? I think payment is roughly 2-5 days after that one xxxxxxx

@Jaffacakesrlife @Kelseeyx over 2 hours on hold got through to the most loveliest women she was so jolly mines not with a case manager yet she said it is taking 18 weeks to go to one as they are so busy xxxxx
