Been on hold over 2 hours! This is the longest yet. Praying now it’s good news 🤞 x

Ive been stalking these threads for a few weeks now so thought I’d post!

Have called today (got through in 29 minutes?!) to check they have received extra evidence from September.
Told the application is in a holding pile waiting to go to a DM.. hoping for some good news soon 🤞

I sent extra evidence , I sent it to the same address on the claim form is that correct ?

@Mumofepilepsy Went to DM last Monday (20th) and was decided Monday just gone (27th).

@MammyAng84 Have you had your backpay yet? Don't think I'll quite believe it until backpay hits my account, she said by end of the week I should have it

I've just had a text come through saying my child qualifies. Wait finally over scan date 19/07 x

@TheRBC ive just got through after 2 hours 39 minutes.
my 3 year old has been awarded MRC for 2 years and my 7 year old HRC and LRM again for 2 years!
they we’re only awarded today. No text to tell me.

I never got a text either. I literally rang up and asked if they wanted me to send in my DDs prescriptions as shes on different medication and she said "No need she's been awarded"

Hi Can somebody tell me how you deal with the universal credit side of things for the career allowance my child has been awarded low mobility middle care from 3rd July will this be backdated in full iv heard they only backdate 3 months ? But they took 18 weeks to make the decision will we lose out on money ? Also are we entitled to the disability element I’m not sure how this works ,thanks x

25/7 scan date here.

2 hours on hold. Mine went to the DM 27th and is still with them now. Told to call back in a week. So the wait is not over for me just yet…x
