@TheRBC I'm still on hold, 1.24 hours so far

Amy92x · 29/11/2023 12:29

I decided to call back as the women this morning was just so rude. I was on hold for 1hour 30mins and a lovely lady told me they are coming to end of July dates now so should be dealt with any day.

The decision maker still has some earlier July dates but had a few very complex cases so has taken longer. So anyone with early July dates that haven't heard yet this could be why.

@MangoPepsiLover That is an absolute joke! I can’t even get through at this point, just bleeps a few times after the automated messages

NeuroDmummy · 29/11/2023 12:31

@TheRBC currently on hold and have been for an hour. Will keep you updated x

TheRBC · 29/11/2023 12:34

@NeuroDmummy thank you and good luck! I am on call attempt number 9 x

Asdmummyhere · 29/11/2023 12:39

@MammyAng84 I waited 2 weeks 1 day for acknowledgement. Got the letter stating decision maker accepted reason for delay in coc last Friday. Monday I had the letter telling me how much they owe me then had the funds today. I also only waited a week for carers allowance, however I don't work so didn't have to send any info in x

NeuroDmummy · 29/11/2023 12:43

@TheRBC good luck to you too! I know I tried 13 times a few weeks ago as I needed to call them regards my extra evidence. Never known frustration like it. I’ve been on 1 hour 12 mins so far x

MammyAng84 · 29/11/2023 12:47

Congratulations @MangoPepsiLover what a relief!!x

MangoPepsiLover · 29/11/2023 13:04

Does anyone know how to update UC?

I didn't save the screenshots as I was expecting a decline

Mastersstudent83 · 29/11/2023 13:09

Found out my daughter's MR has been denied. Not even LRC, despite a 20 page explanation of all the things I have to do to support my DD9, as well as ASD PDA profile diagnosis report and supporting letter from a SALT about her selective mutism. Absolutely gutted and livid. I'm going to tribunal, would love to hear from others refused MR. Maybe we can start a tribunal support thread. Hope all of you waiting get better news.

Babzie · 29/11/2023 13:09

28/8 what are we looking at girls, the wait is killing me off I am on 15 weeks next week, had my 2 text 31/10 and 21/11

My daughters was around 16 weeks that was awarded in jan but the story's on here of the waiting is hideous :/

Raych1989 · 29/11/2023 13:09

I am 4 weeks on Friday since updating UC and the only acknowledgement I've had is its been sent to the decison maker and that was last week. Feeling frustrated with it at this point. Spoke to someone on Friday who said I won't be able to get any updates now until the decison maker makes their decison. Another waiting game 😔

@Babzie 18 weeks 5 days it took for me to get a decision but 19 weeks today is when I heard so I'd say another 3-4 weeks for you
